Benjamin Moore: Colorize of Pittsburgh - Wexford

Outstanding store. I've been trying to match a stain for my log home for over a month and gone to several Sherwin Williams who were not up to the task (one guy recommended deck paint!).

Owner of this store was there when i walked in and he told me in a second exactly what stain the previous owners had used based off the sample i brought in and talked himself out of a sale because he doesn't sell it and this product is more up to the task i need.

Will absolutely be coming back here for any paint needs!

After years of using the substandard brands, we now only use Benjamin Moore. The quality of the paint is beyond compare - excellent coverage and beautiful finish. And Colorize of Pittsburgh provides friendly and professional service. Once again Jackie bats a thousand with her color recommendation - the Newburyport Blue is the perfect accent to the Revere Pewter. We love it!

Over the the last year or so, I have purchased 9 gallons of Benjamin Moore paint at the Wexford store. The people at the store are always helpful and courteous, and the paint is, of course, great! Recently, however, I had a problem - the paint didn't match. When I went back to the store, Regis, the owner, checked that the mix was right, which it was, but agreed that pictures I showed him disclosed an issue. He very graciously refunded the cost of the gallon of paint that was "off", and also the previous gallon! Benjamin Moore in Wexford not only sells great paint, but they conduct their business with professionalism and integrity!

I visited the Cranberry store last week and their team of experts helped me pick out amazing colors. My experience with Colorize of Pittsburgh was amazing! I was running late on my first visit and the employee stayed after hours and waited for me and I never felt rushed and got great advice. The colors she helped me to choose were perfect. I went back again the following day and again was late but met with one of the owners and again had a great experience in picking other colors and paints.

Their recommendations on colors, sheen and paint type were spot on, and the finished product is fantastic. I had never used Benjamin Moore paint before, but after this experience I can’t imagine choosing anything else. The Aura brand was of such high quality and color and I used it through my entire house. I used the scuff-x paint in my laundry hall and laundry room where the kids traffic makes it an area prone to marking. I used the specially designed bathroom paint in my master bath. There were so many good options with colorize and Benjamin Moore and their advice allowed me to take advantage of them all. I would not buy Benjamin Moore paint anywhere else! Great store! Everyone is so helpful. They helped with everything from the best color combinations to the best brushes and materials to use. My kitchen turned out great!! The paint colors are awesome. I won't be going anywhere else for my painting needs.

Highly recommend and will be going back to their Wexford location for all future paint jobs! Staff has always been welcome and helpful, however, we recently purchased paint for our bathroom. After my husband did the trim we realized it was NOT the color/look we were going for. The BM paint is expensive so we took in back to the store in hopes they could somehow change the color... anything would've been better! Sure enough they were kind and remixed our paint to a new color with the old cans. We were (all) shocked it was exactly the new color... now that's talent! The owner who did it was not only helpful, but he was charming and funny. Made the experience great and turned what could've been wasted money into the project we were going for! Def will be lifelong customers! :)

We just bought a house and always loved Benjamin Moore’s colors. It was our first time buying it from colorize and I’m glad we did. The younger guy working was awesome!!! He helped out tremendously to direct my wife and I on picking colors and which paint base to go with. I’ve been in construction for years and really appreciated his passion and knowledge of his product. He’s a true paint wizard!!! We will be back for the rest of the rooms in house for sure. Great business I can’t say enough.

We recently painted the interior of our home for the first time. Erin and her co-worker were extremely helpful assisting us in choosing our colors from among their huge selection. At the time we purchased our paint, they had a tremendous sale going on, and we were able to save hundreds of dollars. On top of that, they delivered the paint to our home the day before the painters started. Colorize of Wexford made what could have been a very stressful project a lot easier. Our thanks to all!

In 23 years of construction I have never seen better customer service skills then I did from the staff at Colorize. This is truly a family run business. Everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable. They gained a customer for life and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Setting up an account was a snap. I would also recommend their Regal line of paints. I have never used a better paint. Incredibly helpful and excellent quality paint. Regis and Jackie are EXPERTS and the level of service far surpasses any other paint shopping experience I’ve had. From the color, to what sheen would be best for my project, to what brushes and rollers I should use they helped me every step of the way. And since all of my colors are now on file future paint purchases will be even easier. Sayonara big box stores - I will never buy paint anywhere else again!

BEST EXPIERENCE, HANDS DOWN! The wonderful staff at this family-owned business is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We are tackling a huge project of painting the interior of our home, staff was very patient as colors were picked out and answered all questions regarding sheen & durability of paints. Once our young kids picked out paint for their bedrooms, they let them help mix it! Thank you Colorize of Pittsburgh for such an amazing experience! We will never buy paint from anywhere else & have sung your praises to all our friends!

First time using the online ordering. Such a time saver! My paint was ready for me when I arrived at the store, I was in an out in less than a minute. The online system saves my previous orders which down the road could be helpful if I need to order more paint for touch ups or to paint another room to match the others (mainly the type of paint matte, semi gloss) always hard to remember those. I will definitely be ordering my paint this way from now on!

They are extremely helpful, kind & willing to worth with you! Not only are you in good hands when picking out your color, the paint is incredible & goes on so well! No more Lowes or Home Depot for me! I highly recommend, we will (and have) been back!!!

This is the best paint store ever! Regis, Jackie and Jen (at the Cranberry location) made selecting colors way less stressful. They all went out of their way to assist with tones and matches all giving helpful suggestions for our large project.Benjamin Moore is great paint but I highly recommend Colorize because it's the people that make this store.

Awesome place. I used to use paint from Home Depot to do my rentals. And it always took multiple coats. One coat from colorize with primer covered everything. The sales people and owners are great and will help u in every way they can. Will always be a customer from now on.

I am a painting contractor that has been in business since 1988. I have had the recent pleasure of dealing with the Benjamin Moore Wexford location now for the past few months. They have gone above and beyond to service the heck out of me. The products that have been introduced to me have been amazing! The staff is unbelievable! I couldn't be happier. Great service! I am a contractor in the sewickley area many of my customers like the Benjamin Moore line of paints. Before colorize was here it was always hard to get Ben Moore paint and very costly. Also they have beaten all the other paint suppliers prices for not only paint but for tinners red for roofing. Great store to have an account with if your a local contractor!

Regis and Jackie helped us with a special metallic glaze type of paint for our new home and really helped us with questions on how to apply this type of paint. Jackie was so kind to special deliver us the paint since we were pressed for time. They were so wonderful to work with and I will be using their paint for future painting needs.
