Linda was incredibly warm, sweet, welcoming, courteous, respectful, friendly, approachable, and kind. She was very helpful and patient in helping me navigate and getting me settled in. Thank you so much for making me feel comfortable putting my stuff in your storage! I will recommend them to friends and family.

I was so impressed with the cleanliness, organization, and customer service. I moved from another company’s facility and I am blown away with the difference. I wish I would have made this move a long time ago! Linda, the property manager, was so sweet, helpful, and has a wonderful personality. I also had the pleasure of meeting the district manager who was very personable. They went above and beyond my expectations! Thank you😊

I have used a lot of storage facilities in my life and let me tell you what... Linda is a keeper. She was so courteous and helpful and knowledgeable about her job and answered every one of my questions to my satisfaction. I cannot express enough how EXCELLENT customer service is at Guardian Storage North Huntingdon! From the first day we inquired about a unit until today when we closed it out because our need is no longer required we had an excellent experience! Kristin D is very professional and personable and appreciated. The units are extremely clean & convenient, easy access and great security! 150% Satisfied customer!

We made the poor mistake of renting with uhaul for 2 years! Called Ms. Linda at Guardian and she introduced us to top notch prices and security that we love! The storage units here are not only ½ the price of Uhaul they are double the security and peace of mind! High ceilings for easy Stacking, perfect for us organization fantastic! Thank you Linda!!!

First your property manager Kristin Mintus was excellent. She explained to me all the sizes, prices, and insurance. Asked me what have and suggested the size I would need. She went and showed the unit. She was very pleasant and always had a smile on her face. Thank you Kristin.

The customer service and ease of the process to rent a unit I could not be more pleased with all due to Kristin in the office. She provides outstanding customer service and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is set up for each tenant. She knew all the information I needed to know and was able to answer every question. She catered to what I was looking for in renting my unit. I had a family member refer me and she makes sure our units are safe and secure without any concern. I will be referring others at the North Huntingdon office due to the amazing customer service and ease of use.

Clean unit. Friendly service. Secure, gated access. Rates were comparable to other units in the area, however I took advantage of a promotional rate which saved me quite a bit for my 2 month rental.

Love the Guardian storage product, way better than Extra Space, superior to Public Storage, & There's nothing smart about Cube smart, they suck. Kristen is super awesome.

A little expensive but climate control is great
Extremely clean place!

We've been renting a climate controlled 5x10 for the past 4 years and have been very happy with the experience. During that time, there have been two managers and both were consistently friendly and helpful. The grounds and hallways have always been clean and we've never experienced any issues with access, lighting, or security.

I have and will continue to recommend this company to friends and family.

I have had a storage unit at this facility for the last 8 years while I traveled the country. The staff are incredibly helpful and kind and easy to work with from long distances. The facility is clean and well maintained. There is carpeting throughout the facility including inside the locker where I stored some very valuable pieces. The temperature control kept items from being damaged and everything was as pristine as the day I put it in there. I am so grateful for Guardian Storage! Kind people, loved working with them!

Had a unit here for extended period of time. Never had an issue getting in and out. Clean. Safe and secure. Staff were always able to help the few times I had to change billing methods. Very professional and attentive.
