After an initial mixup, I have to say that Gregg, the owner of Eastland Storage, has not only ensured any issues were cleared up but has gone way beyond measures necessary to make sure his customers were satisfied. He dedicated his attention, time, and patience to making sure everything was straightened out and continues with follow-up to ensure satisfaction. A good manager or owner can fix or rectify a problem or situation, but a great one follows through with follow-up to ensure it stays corrected. Gregg is beyond gracious and understanding and went well above the "job title duties" to make sure all were satisfied. I cant thank you enough for everything you've done just to ensure customer satisfaction and then going way above that!!

I rented the storage space for about 6 months, the place was clean , cool and smelled GREAT! The manger (GREG) was always available and extremely professional to help 24/7 with no problems. My experience with Eastland Storage has been amazing! Greg has built a top notch facility and gone out of his way to help me. I run an antiques business in Arizona and go to Pennsylvania to shop several times a year, and have been in need of a good storage company to work with while I am in PA on my trips. Eastland Storage is clean, provides inside climate control storage, very fair prices, easy loading, and friendly service. Brand new all indoor climate-controlled facility. Greg was extremely helpful in customizing the storage units I needed and was very flexible to provide an affordable price. I have relocated plenty over the years and used other storage solutions, however you won't find a more clean, easy to access storage location at prices that can't be beat. I highly recommend Eastland Storage.

This is a wonderful facility! I have used several other storage facilities over the years and either it's outside, too small, not enough light, not secure, not accessable when I need it etc. But Eastland Storage is the total opposite of all those other storage facilities! It is indoor, secure, accessable when I need it, tons of light and heat, several different sizes to choose from and Greg is so wonderful to work with! This is a perfect facility for all your storage needs! This is the first place I have used that I actually feel that I am safe and my items are safe. Thank you Greg for opening this faclity!!!

After a little misunderstanding, it has been such a great experience. The owner couldn't be more nice then he has been. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Had a little hiccup because systems were down but management reached out and took care of any inconveniences. Very satisfied with this company.

Creepy that NO ONE is there. It's weird how alarms go off or are going off and no one there to fix or correct the problem. It's not a good look or sound when fire alarms go off where paper and furniture are present.
