Great customer service as well as amazing boards and discs! The padded case is excellent and provided good protection during shipping. There was also a good amount of additional foam within the shipping box. The board in the photo is the Marquess. It has a slick resin coating/finish on the playing surface that is very consistent and even. You are able to choose a custom image for the 20-hole too. The discs are also resin and have a satisfying clacking noise when striking other discs. I've never played with wooden discs so I can't really compare, but the resin discs do not feel heavy and are fun to flick.

Got my brown castle board today and I am very impressed with the quality. From my researching the various high quality crokinole board providers it really seems like BrownCastle is ahead of the curve when it comes to the accessories. Having the hard cases and the extra puck to keep track of scoring on the engraved score keeper is awesome! And the crokinole bag is a must have - it feels so well put together. Some of the bags other manufacturers were offering looked flimsy by comparison. If you’re on the fence you can take my word that this is a great purchase!
P.S. the 20 holders for very nicely in the hard sided disc case if you slot the discs into the 20 holder as shown in my third picture.

Always have a good time at Brown Castle. Took part in a Crokinole tournament. They have new types of boards and new adaptations that temporarly change the rules or goals of the game between rounds.

They have a terrific board. In addition, I went to one of their tournaments and they are helpful and friendly. They are great advocates for this fantastic game.
