What an absolute joy it is to find a business as professional, knowledgeable, helpful and courteous as the guys at NerdsToGo. I have been there three times in the past year or so -- twice for repairs and once to buy a laptop. Each time when I left their establishment in Moon Township, I left saying, "Wow! These guys are good." Owner Matt Swearingen and his staff are first class. Great service, fair price. This review only allows me to give them five stars. If I could, I would give them 10 stars.

This is my second time going here and will continue to trust them with my computer needs. The tech side is very knowledgeable and customer service is excellent! I own a small business and rely on my computer for everything. I originally went in for a broken computer screen but learned why my laptop wasn’t running properly, what to look for and they were able to save all of my data. They also offer security services for businesses and am considering hiring them for them for that also. Will be back!

I work for Hughes Office Equipment where I do IT work regarding Xerox Machines. One of our customers had trouble getting the machine on the network as well as running our supply reporting software. Matt came to the rescue! He got everything up and running promptly and efficiently. Thanks again!

I brought my computer in because it had a software not found screen on it one morning. After some investigating, they found that my hard drive crashed, sent the hard drive away to try to have the information recovered, but neither they nor the company could recover it. I wasn’t charged for anything. They installed a new hard drive at what I thought was a very reasonable price, but once I got the computer home, it kept freezing, and then eventually just would not turn on. I brought it back in and they looked into it and found that there was an issue with the motherboard. Due to the computer being so new(16 months), they informed me it was difficult to get parts for it. They weren’t sure if they caused the damage or the damage was caused by the crash, but regardless they took care of it and worked out something and was able to get me a new computer at no charge.

Son's computer tower wouldn't show on monitor. Dropped off at Nerds to go. They had it cleaned and repaired in 1 and half hours. They were respectful, experienced and the price was very reasonable.

I went to NerdsToGo with a very old gaming PC that was non functional. They sourced a discontinued motherboard and had it working again. I was not satisfied with my repair because of a previously not present fan noise. The owner fixed this issue at cost by replacing the fan.

Not only did they save me hundreds of $$$$, they got parts for a component of my PC that is no longer in production, and did so in a timely manner! Absolutely amazed with this level of professionalism! They made a customer for life! Thank you again to all the kind people working here.

Had problems with computer and or printer or both. Discussed with Xfinity and HP techs with no luck. Contacted Nerds ( where I originally purchased computer some years ago). Problem solved, computer checked and they came to house and found printer card bad. No charge since they didn't repIair anything. Great service.

Brought my Alianware PC in for a cleaning and to get more RAM & they found out my drive was corrupt & they asked me if I wanted it fixed and they got the PC running great! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!!! They are well priced & do their job throughly 😀 Thanks again NerdsToGo!!!!

Overall I'm very pleased with NerdsToGo. The staff was friendly and polite, they quickly resolved my issue, and the repair came in at the quoted price.

I spent a few days in frustration trying to fix an issue with my pc. I brought it to Nerds ToGo this morning and they were able to fix the computer and I had it back by the afternoon. I would definitely use them again.

The desktop PC had been shut down for 10 days. When I turned it on it was working but the fan was loud and never stopped running. That was annoying because the system did not recognize there was a fan.
Called NerdsToGo. Was thrilled. To find out my location is truly 5 minutes from their shop. Got the tower there. Luke quizzed me on what the computer was doing. Hooked it up to his monitor. He took a few minutes to look at options. Told me it would be about a half hour till fixed. Kindly he came to the house, plugged the tower in again and to my delight no fan noise and the computer is as fast as ever. Nerds To Go has been great with their professionalism and getting the job done. This business is one in my contact list for sure they will be recommended anyone who has computer issues and. And very fair pricing. You're working with the people who are actually there and it's their business. It's not a corporation that you have papers to fill out and have to join some kind of squad.

The gents at NerdsToGo quickly diagnosed my computer error and were able to get it corrected very efficiently. My "GO TO" computer store!!!

I had a great experience with NerdsToGo at the Moon location. I gave my laptop with a broken hinge for repair and they made it as good as new! Extremely happy with the service and strongly recommend them. Special shout out to Mike the owner who fixed my laptop. The staff was friendly too.
