The pastries and the pies oh and I can't forget the cookies were all so delicious. It was our first time going there and everyone was so very nice. So friendly! Can't wait to go back. Next time we're going to check out the deli. Can't wait!.

Anyone who knows, goes. Their daily sandwich is a work of art. Sometimes they sell out, so don't go too late! So very, very good.

They have the best tasting food. You can tell it is all home grown. The employees are always so friendly, I love coming here for the atmosphere as well as the food. I have been coming here for three years and I always look forward to the next time 😁

Great place to grab lunch, some groceries or a special treat during the holidays. Very family feel inside with just flat out good food. Would definitely recommend!

Ahh, Portman's Farm Market, the absolute King of comfort food in southern Allegheny County, a short drive from Pittsburgh, and easily accessible from Interstate 79 via the Bridgeville exit (exit 54), PA Route 50, and U.S. Route 19. Located on Washington Pike, just south of the intersection with Interstate 79, just north of the intersection with Boyce Road.

Only the freshest meats, sliced right in front of you, thanks to Boar's Head Meats. The vegetables are always crisp and cold, like they just brought them in from the field. My favorite? The Italian Grinder. Packed with flavor, and more than even a big guy like me needs to eat in one sitting.

Oh, but wait, there's more. Not just a sandwich shop and deli, they bake, too. Alot. Breads, (including your sandwich bun) as well as pies, cakes and cookies, are all baked fresh, daily. There's also a small grocery, with fresh fruits and veggies, and locally made jams and jellies. Oh, and let's not forget their homemade soups. Absolutely delicious.

This is the kind of place you want to spend your money. Locally, where you know it's going to a family that has been serving their community for nearly a hundred years, and to their hard working and super friendly staff. You can tell that the folks who work here enjoy their work, and take pride in what they do.

Fair and honest prices. The freshest foods. And a great atmosphere. That's Portman's. You already know I'll be back, been my favorite lunch stop for nearly 20 years.

This is a local establishment that has been running strong for decades. They have customized sandwiches from the deli and specials that will absolutely blow you away. It's a perfect spot to catch up with an old friend over lunch or just to pick up some deli items. They also have a bakery where everything is always fresh and an old farmhouse vibe that just makes you feel at home. I've been coming to this place since I moved to the south hills over 20 years ago and I've never had a negative experience here and doubt anyone ever could. Really love Portman's!

Portman’s’s Farm market established in 1932 is hands down the best deli and bakery in Southhills. I eat lunch there at least twice a week the banana nut bread, zucchini bread, and lemon meringue pie are always on my list.

I go to portmans at least once a week for a fresh made sandwich with boars head meats. They are the best. The desserts are amazing too.

I had an amazing Reuben sandwich and a delicious cinnamon roll! Their hot sandwich menu changes daily, and the bakery has tons of yummy baked goods. i remember going here as a child for fresh veggies, so I'm so happy they survived the pandemic and are still around to serve us!

The staff is always very friendly and the food is amazing for the price! The store gives you plenty of things to look at while you wait for your order.

Portman's is one of my favorite hidden treasures. We have been going there when it was still actually part of a farm. Sorry those days are gone, but the spirit of the place remains. They have great deli that is made to order and the best pies around.

Best lunch meat for miles. Steve the Total Package goes once a week. He's kinda into Boar's Head if you know what I mean. Fresh and delicious food all round. Farm to table service. And the staff is the absolute best. Portmans is the best farm market hands down. Check it out yourself you won't be disappointed. Say hi to Steve for me.

One of my favorite places in Bridgeville.

This place is quickly becoming one of my regular spots. The sandwiches are very good, especially the daily specials. The reuben on Wednesday and the Cajun chicken panini are very nice. The deli is well stocked. And don't sleep on those sides either!

Absolutely one of the best around! The people are tremendous. Super busy yet still find the time to be friendly, fun, and accommodating. We have never been disappointed in the food (and we have a diverse crowd to feed). Can't speak highly enough of this place and their employees.
