The flowers I ordered were delivered the same day for no additional cost. They were out of the vase I ordered, so the gentleman working there called me asking if I was ok with them choosing another vase for the same price. The flowers arrived quickly and were fresh and beautiful, as promised. I was very happy with this service!

Provided floral arrangements for funeral recently that were gorgeous. Arrangements had nice variety of complementary colors intermixed with fresh greenery. I would recommend this place without hesitation for any floral need. Prices, incidentally, was quite reasonable.

Very nice and helpful staff. I made the mistake and ordered a corsage over the phone. I purchased a wrist corsage for my son's prom, for his date. I made a simple request of red roses and gold ribbon. I hated the corsage. It looked like something for an elderly person or a funeral. I ordered 2 red roses and gold ribbon. There was this white doily thing sewn under it, the wrist strap was white with silver glitter and the roses were very small. I wanted to take it apart and redo it myself, but it was too late. Again, the staff was very nice. It was just not something for a teenage prom.

I’ve used Crescent Hills Florist many times in the past. I’ve noticed a decline in the freshness of their flowers and a change in their customer service. I went for flowers Valentines Day morning and upon entering the store was abruptly met with, “We’re out, we’ve got nothing left!” Not a sorry or anything. Hey, I know I should’ve ordered and they were busy but there is no excuse for rudeness. So, last week I went in for a dozen mixed Carnations. Again, not a friendly greeting and the salesman did not have a mask on! Well, the Carnations wilted within 3 days, he also did not include the powder to add for freshness. So needless to say, because of the inferior flowers, but more so the RUDENESS, I will not return to Crescent Hills Florist!
