Chad did such an amazing job! My now-fiancée and I came in with very little idea of what we wanted. He took his time explaining everything to us, giving his helpful opinion, and helping us to design an engagement ring. I work in retail, and I have lots of strangers every day notice the ring and comment on how gorgeous it is. Highly, highly recommend!! Not to mention that Chad walked with my anxious fiancée every step of the way!!

My fiancé and I were a bit intimidated when we began ring shopping, however Tiffany was such a breath of fresh air. She was so kind and helpful, showed us many options and even sent my fiancé additional options to customize and make sure I got exactly what I wanted. We didn’t experience any of the sales pitchy employees like we previously had at the big box jewelry stores, just kind and genuine employees here! My ring is stunning and more beautiful than I could have ever imagined! They truly exceeded our expectations with a flawless and timeless ring. We are so excited to come back to purchase our wedding bands here as well. Overall, everyone was so helpful, caring and genuine. Worked with them for an engagement ring and both of our wedding bands. The process was so smooth and everyone was so friendly and attentive through the whole process. Our experience designing and getting our rings was exceptional. All the staff was extremely kind and knowledgeable. My engagement ring is amazing and I get compliments all the time, I couldn't love it more. My fiance and I are extremely happy and couldn't recommend them more!

I love the selection of fine jewelry. They have a variety of watch brands. One of a few Hamilton and Luminox authorized dealers in the Pittsburgh area. The sales consultants are approachable and friendly. High quality pieces. Will be purchasing again!

Chad and his staff were excellent. Great selection of seiko prospex watches that watch collectors usually have to order online as most stores don’t carry the good stuff. Highly recommend you check them out! Loving my new seiko king turtle!

Our wedding ring looks amazing! The staff is excellent and we were able to customize a ring that came in 4 weeks! We’re really happy with it and will definitely be back in the future!

My husband and I came I looking for an emerald cut diamond. We were greeted and cared for right away. We were not encouraged to look at rings that were more than our stated budget and I left with a gorgeous ring.

I can't tell you how much I love coming here. It's hard to come up with the words to explain it even in this review. I am a watch lover and this is my place to be when it comes to watches. I enjoy owning my watches more knowing that I purchased them from this remarkable staff. I usually work with Chad, but have been assisted by everyone in the store. They have the dream team put together here. I have purchased three watches from them so far, and they will never leave my collection. One, because I like them, and two, because they were simply purchased here. Hands down my favorite place to be when I'm out and about in the north hills area. It's a promise that I'm stopping by if I dare enter the mall for anything. I always stop by to see what they have new in stock. It's even fun talking about things beyond watches with them.
