STORExpress Self Storage - Forest Hills

I recently had the pleasure of renting a storage unit, and I can't say enough good things about the experience! Jeannie was absolutely amazing. From the moment we spoke she greeted me with a warm smile and made the entire process so easy.

Jeannie took the time to understand my needs and helped me find the perfect unit. Her knowledge and attention to detail were impressive, and she answered all my questions patiently. It’s rare to encounter such dedicated customer service these days!

If you’re looking for a storage, I highly recommend visiting this location and asking for Jeannie. She truly goes above and beyond to ensure her customers are satisfied. Thank you, Jeannie, for making this experience so positive!

My experience at store Express was fantastic. I was very, very close to having my items in auction. And they did everything they could to help me for goalie auction and get out of it and to be able to keep my possessions and to keep my unit. Jeannie was the individual who helped me out the best and she was awesome. She was fantastic. I mean, I've been helped out before by the staff in the past. But genie definitely went above and beyond to help me.Keep my possessions and not lose them to auction.I recommend store express forest hills location to everyone

My wife and I recently moved out of state and needed to store our belongings temporarily.
The folks at STORExpress on Brinton Road in Forest Hills, PA were wonderful... they got us signed up in no time at all and we had great access to make as many trips that we needed in and out of their facility. We were able to drive right up to our unit and load or unload our belongings.
Our movers then were able to pick up everything in one short trip.
I would highly recommend! These folks are great and the STORExpress facility was clean and kept our belongs safe and dry... 2 thumbs way up!!!

Help my father move items from this facility. Very impressed. Clean and staff was friendly and helpful. The young lady Gena or Jenna( sorry bad with names) was prompty and polite. Had a clean truck for us to use to transport his stuff.

I've been going through a very rough patch in life due to the Pandemic and personal issues. I've been with Store Express over 10 years now. Very few people working there has been helpful in the past. The 2 New employees there Jeannie and Jamaka are awesome. I called and explained my situation and what I was able to do. They both collectively worked together to help me get some resolve in the matter. I now feel a sigh of relief. And I hope they never leave.
Those two are the difference in people who come to work to help. And people who come to work just for a paycheck and don't care.
Thanks Jeannie, Jamaka and Store Express. I truly appreciate you.
On another note. I have read some negative reviews after posting mine. That old management staff played a good part in your complaints. Just starting to work with the new staff. I feel optimistic that they will get everything together in due time. Try to exercise some patience for now. And give them a little time to settle in and get familiar with the facility.
Shout out to Skip(Samod). He does an excellent job keeping things clean and sanitized. Also in order on the grounds keeping. He's very helpful overall. Thank you all for what you do.

Jeannie at Brinton rd was so helpful. I just recently moved over in that area and I couldn't express how helpful she was helping me with getting familiar with the area. And her hair was cute

I have to add 5 more stars to my review... making this review "10 Stars" StorExpress is "artist friendly" which interprets to "people friendly". I have my office/art studio here for years...very very clean! clean bathrooms! clean hallways! well cared for and most of all safe. Management is professional, accomodating, helpful and "friendly". I love the crew here!

*updated review: I've continued to use this facility for storing my vehicle during the summer months, going on 3 years now, and my initial review holds true. I am always met with kindness and attentive service every time I come in. This particular location will remain at the top of my list for any future storage needs, and I WILL share this sentiment with others with similar needs!

Manager was kind and accommodating, it was a very quick process to obtain a storage space, and checking out was even quicker. Rates are good too. I imagine I will be using this location again in the future, as long as they have space available!

My grandmother and I had the best experience with store express was by far! She uses storage units very often! Candice was friendly , patient, and really helped me make the best decision on a unit! She communicated everything clearly and made it so I understand every charges and discount (which a lot of companies don’t do) I definitely will refer my friends and family!
