This U-Haul location was beyond patient and understanding with my unfortunate circumstances. We stayed in constant contact so there were no breaks in communication. Denise is such a professional and managed my order seamlessly. Dominic delivered my U-box and went out of his way to exceed my expectations and respect the storage unit's property as I couldn't be there. He called prior to arriving and as when he arrived, and texted pictures of exactly where he left the unit. Again, he provided excellent communication and dedication to customer service. Peace of mind and alleviation of stress is such a gift. I'm so grateful. Thank you U-Haul N. Versailles.
