I called late in the day, desperately looking for a flower shop that could deliver flowers to my mother in the hospital. They came through at the last minute and saved the day!! Wouldn't even accept a tip, so this is the second best thing I could do. Definitely will order from them again, but next time, I'll give them a reasonable heads up instead of crawling to them last minute with an impossible request.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers through 1800flowers and the order was fulfilled by Laura's boutique. My dad was happy with the delivery and he says that the bouquet still looks beautiful after 1 week. Next time, I will order directly from them!

Laura is amazing! I can't say enough great things about our wedding flowers! In the months leading up to our wedding, I had a vision of what I wanted and it was quite specific. I had emailed with Laura, sent pictures, and met with her in person a few times. When it finally came time for our wedding, the flowers arrived and I was IN LOVE! I couldn't stop talking about them! The bouquets and centerpieces were even better than I pictured. I don't think there was one guest that didn't comment on the centerpieces and bouquets. Thank you Laura and Johnston the Florist! Any event going forward, there is no other florist we will use!!

Phenomenal customer service! After being duped by another floral company, which I found out is just a service. I contacted Laura’s and she was right on the job! I couldn’t be happier to have found her and she will be my “go to” for flowers now!

Very pleased with the outstanding service and over all experience with this florist. Laura went above and beyond to make sure the wind-chimes I ordered were delivered within short notice. Not being from the area I decided to go with a local business, so glad I chose this florist! She was very helpful and made sure everything went smoothly for me. The ceremony for the funeral was private and I didn’t have many details for arrangements. She took it into her own hands and found out where the chimes needed to go.

I received flowers today from my boyfriend for Valentine’s Day from Laura’s. He had trouble finding a place local to deliver but was able to pick them up. They are absolutely gorgeous and smell incredible! I’ve never seen such a beautiful arrangement! The picture doesn’t do it justice!

I am from North Carolina I ordered a dozen roses for actress shannen Doherty while she was in town for a comic con this past weekend the flowers were delivered early that morning and shannen really liked her roses it truly made her smile and seeing shannen smile was worth the cost of the flowers if shannen comes back to this town again I will be using this florist to have more flowers sent to Shannen

Laura did an AMAZING job with our flowers for my wedding on 7/27/19!! I sent her multiple pictures of what I was looking for, and I got exactly that. The arrangements were beautiful. We ordered flowers for our ceremony at our church, and THREE weeks later they were still in the church in awesome condition! Great quality, would certainly recommend!

Ordered these flowers online for my sisters birthday. They arrived on the day I requested around 8:30 AM with contact delivery. The arrangement is lovely and the price was average and delivery fee was cheap. I will always go direct!

Called for extra rush on a homecoming flower mishap was told owner would contact me at noon which she did! They did an amazing job on the flowers and were very professional! I will drive to Monroeville (15 miles away) !!!

I called for a funeral bouquet on the morning of the only day for visitation...and to add to it, the visitation hours were limited. She was very nice while asking questions about my order. In the end, the bouquet I requested, (red, white, and blue to honor the deceased veteran) was reasonably priced, was delivered on time, and was well designed.
