Ryan did a great job being fast and responsive with communication, built me exactly the computer I wanted, and put lots of time into fixing it when something happened.

I started my search for a gaming computer by contacting a closer place, but they kept telling me they could do what I wanted but then not following up. So I emailed The Computer Stop and they responded the next day. I followed up with a phone call to discuss what I wanted in more detail, and they put together a list of parts that was pretty much a perfect match for what I was looking for. The price was completely reasonable, a little more than what it would have cost for me to build it myself and a good deal less than it would have cost to get something equivalent from any of the big online gaming PC companies.

As soon as I confirmed the parts list we went through with buying the parts. There was a problem with my payment but Ryan stayed on the phone with me and then communicated by text for hours helping me solve it. After I finally got the computer, it worked great for a few days, then suddenly started crashing. Once again, Ryan spent hours on the phone with me trying to solve the problem remotely. When it turned out he couldn't solve the problem remotely, I brought the computer in and he had it working a few days later, keeping me updated the whole way, and didn't charge anything for the repairs in the end.

It's been about a month since then and I've had no problems since. The computer's great, the price was good, and both Ryan's responsiveness and speed with building the computer and helpfulness whenever I had problems are exactly what I want from a place that builds a computer for me.

Phenomenal service! Within 5 seconds of starting my computer he identified the issue, next 10minutes order all the parts and had it fixed as soon as everything came in! Does a fantastic job of explaining everything and is super friendly! I would highly recommended this place for any computer repair needs!

Got my gaming PC up and running fast and gave me a lot of details and information in the process and pricing is very reasonable, will only be going here for anything PC related. Thanks again Ryan.

I am editing my review because this man did everything and I mean everything he could to try to help and recover my files. If Apple computers weren’t so weird, we probably could have recovered my finals. Regardless, he showed me how to. and was very kind knowledgeable and understanding. He really cares and take this seriously. And that’s why I’m giving you five stars. Truly appreciate you.

I cannot recommend Ryan enough for anyone looking to get a custom PC built. I have limited knowledge of PC building but Ryan was able to meet what knowledge I did have with ideas for how to optimize my experience. He is extremely flexible and hardworking. I have had my PC for 1-2 months now and am enjoying it immensely. He will sit you down to make sure you understand exactly what you are getting and how it works while also providing the pros and cons that come with getting alternative parts based on availability.

If you were like me and were being extremely cautious about who you wanted to build/fix your computer since you wanted to make sure it was done right, stop looking. My computer died, so I thought. It was a charging issue, brought it in to Ryan. Was prepared to pay for a new battery and/or a new charger. Turn out I didn't need either; apparently I let the battery drop to a significantly low level and it just needed to charge for an extensive period of time. Ryan could have replaced the battery and/or charger and charged me appropriately. He checked it out, identified the issue and sent me home without any charge. Who does that anymore? Great guy, great service, and highly recommended.

Saved me from shipping my hard drive to CA. So grateful. Also noticed his interaction with an older customer when I dropped off my drive. Ryan was so incredibly patient and kind. Send your parents there and you'll save the money in therapy costs.

Ryan is a very nice guy, he build my gaming pc very efficiency and professional. The PC turns out really good.

Ryan is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, helpful and kind. I will never take my computer anywhere else. If Ryan can't fix it, no one can. He helped my son so much with his gaming computer. We had it somewhere else and that Sat on it for 5 days and never fixed it. I called the Computer Stop and Ryan started diagnosing it immediately. He went through everything and had it fixed in 3 days. Thank you again for the excellent service!

The owner is a good younger guy who knows how to fix problems. Both times I have had computer issues over the years he has resolved inexpensively. I would highly recommend for basic repair needs. Not sure about all computing needs but I know he has helped me out a couple times.

This review is coming a few months late but I had an extremely pleasant experience with I believe Ryan (?) and the service he followed up with on some PC parts I needed help with. They know their stuff here and they know whether or not to either simplify it for customers or can explain things to other tech-savvy folks, giving a much more fulfilling and easy-going experience than BestBuy and GeekSquad (sorry to throw shade GeekSquad...). 10/10 would recommend Computer Stop's services.

Ryan called me today to explain why he hadn't returned my calls due to problems with his cell phone. Understood, and happy now to do business with The Computer Stop. Update, Ryan did a great job getting my PC to run like new again. I highly recommend and trust him to help with your commuter issues.

Cannot say enough good things about The Computer Stop. Assembled my own custom build and couldn't get it to boot--took it to Ryan and saved myself a TON of aggravation. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem, fix it, and get several other things inside my case optimized--all in under 24 hours.

If you find yourself wondering 'is this the place to take my computer to?', the answer is a resounding YES. Easy and honest communication, extremely fair pricing, and a nice guy to 'talk tech' with. Will definitely be returning for any future needs.

Ryan updated the memory for me on a pre built gaming PC. He's knowledgeable,efficient, and courteous. You could go to best buy where the staff has half the knowledge as him and cost twice as much but, IMO he's the only store around worth taking your stuff to. Ryan is awesome and I'll be using only him for anything PC related in the future.
