Alicia Dinwiddie went above and beyond as a salesperson! I wasn’t even looking to buy anything but to see what kind and styles of jewelry that was available. She knew I really wasn’t looking to buy but showed me options for jewelry I was asking about. I fell in love with a ring that I had found and wasn’t pushy about me buying it. She was very pleasant to work with and I am in love with the ring that I had purchased! She even gave me at no charge the cleaner for my ring. Again let me say she didn’t try to push anything including the lifetime insurance, left the decision to me and in the end I bought it as well. GREATEST experience I have ever had in a jewelry store and would definitely recommend this Jeweler to everyone! Thank you for the experience Alicia, I will look here first for anything that I might ( or might not 😁) need!

Stopped by to look at an Anniversary Band for my wife for our 20th, store manager Traci Dinwiddie was a pleasure to deal with, we did purchase a anniversary band from her, and my Wife could not be more pleased with her gift. Thank you for making her very happy ☺

Rich and Flo worked with me to find great deals on my wedding band(after Flo found me a killer deal a year ago for an engagement ring)and gave great advice, patiently answered questions, and provided thoughtful suggestions. There was no air of them pushing to buy something just because it was the store they worked at, they truly worked to help me and my fiance. Being a great employee and knowing your stuff is great and essential to helping your customers, but the customer service that is relaxed, enjoyable and refreshing to interact with is the icing on the cake. I was worried about the prices due to my tight budget, but both Flo and Rich worked within my limits. I am very grateful for their helpand highly recommend these two for service if you visit this location....not to mention I would love a promotion/raise for their great work.

They were the only Jewelry store willing to cut my wife’s rings off after an accident very professional they are fixing the rings I’ll update after that. Update we picked up the rings today and they are beautiful can’t even tell they were cut off and distorted I think they look better than when we bought them at a competitors store. Highly recommend this jewelry store

Over the course of a year we bought my beautiful engagement ring, a sapphire wedding band, and a custom children's ring that they set a diamond in for my daughter. The staff was always very helpul and courteous, going out of their way to find exactly what we wanted, no matter how long it took! The manager even had the child's ring ready two weeks early so we could use it in the wedding ceremony, with no extra charge for the rush order! They do fabulous work. I went to many, many jewelers. Ashcroft could not be beat!

WOW! I can not thank or say enough about Ashcroft & Oak Jewelers.This was the first time my husband and I ever shopped there. Today we were really pressed for time. My husband had been running around all day looking for a wedding band for me. I suffer with swelling and my original wedding ring does not fit anymore. We were meeting with the priest this evening to re-new our wedding vows and I needed a wedding band so that the priest could bless our rings. No one and I mean no one had the ring size I was looking for nor did they have the price range. Ashcroft & Oak came through nicely! Our wedding vow renewal, was very nice and we were truly blessed. They saved my hide! I had an old charm bracelet from my grandmother I wanted to wear for my wedding day (on a Saturday), I took it out of my jewelry box on the Wednesday before and realized the clasp was broken 💔, I was so worried I wouldn't be able to wear it, I ran around to a few jewelers and called a bunch more and no one could get it fixed in time. I took a chance and stopped in here and it was fixed in minutes! They were so nice and even cleaned my engagement ring for me! Highly recommend them!

I visited Ashcroft & Oak in the evening of 4 May trying to find a specific gift for my 8 y/o son. The staff ( a lady and a man) spent a half hour with me trying to find, then (an hour later) special ordering the exact gift I was seeking as it was not in the store inventory. During that hour I had gone to five other jewelry stores in the mall without any success or special attention. Ashcroft and oak jewlers is where I buy my wife's rose gold rings, bracelets etc. They have a large selection. Their sales persons/managers have always treated us well. Wife and I got our rose gold wedding bands cleaned here while we were on a short vacation. They are on the corner so easy to get to, also just down from the food court , plus in between the elevator and the escalators . P.s. I got my awesome cross from them.

This place is great. Definitely the best customer service even though I’m a 18 year old kid. Treated me the best and helped me find the perfect ring for my significant other. Definitely recommend.
