I have been using Seita's for a few years now, and have recently purchased both an engagement ring and wedding bands. Their service has been incredible, even when I came in with a specific ring in mind, and a deadline to meet! I know I will continue using them going forward, and I already recommend them to anyone else.

I needed to get my son’s gold chain fixed. Seita Jewelers made this process so easy and so very affordable. Once I picked up the chain it looked like the day I bought it. So shiny and fixed perfectly!!!

They were great. We were helped by a gentleman who let me try on so many options, talked me through hardness of specific gems and stones I was looking at and made suggestions that were aligned with what I had described to him. As someone who doesn’t know much about rings/gems/styles it was super helpful when he’d understand what I was trying to explaining. I never felt like he was trying to upsell me and he truly wanted me to find the right ring. I can’t remember his name but he did trade shows in the Texas area.
Overall our experience was great and they were able to resize the ring in house which took less than 2 weeks and it was so clean and shiny when I picked it up.

They are always so nice. I recently had some repairs and cleaning. They came out so beautiful. They also go aboveand beyond. At Christmas time i fell in love with their golden roses. I wanted the lavender rose when i went back to get it someone already bought it so the owner said she would order one. She found one and i was so excited. It is so beautiful. A few years ago, I was given my grandma's wedding band and Seita's made the band bigger for me, as she was a tiny lady, and it was flawless. A month ago, I inherited her engagement ring to complete the set, and took it right back to Sieta. Again, a flawless job. These pieces mean the world to me, and my trust that they would be cared for properly was well earned. LOVE this business and will be back again.

Everyone at Seita is wonderful to work with and made the process so easy for us. My fiance went there for a band/setting for my heirloom diamond and was able to create an absolutely gorgeous, perfect engagement ring. We went back together to choose wedding bands and found exactly what we wanted very quickly. Getting everything sized was a smooth process, the rings came in quickly and are absolutely stunning. When I picked up our bands, I decided to order a watch that my husband had been eyeing up during our last visit for his wedding gift. When I went to pick up the watch, it was faulty (manufacturer's issue, nothing to do with Seita) and we only had two weeks until our big day. Seita went above and beyond, and got a brand new watch for us within just a few days so that we could pick it up in time for the wedding. The watch is absolutely gorgeous and looked great on him with his suit. All of the employees at Seita are so helpful and kind, I would absolutely recommend Seita for your wedding jewelry and they have a beautiful selection of fine jewelry as well.
