I just ordered a Christmas plant that I wanted delivered tomorrow (Christmas Eve). The owner, Christine, was so accommodating and said she could deliver today (Dec 23rd). Awesome. She suggested what I should and should not send to a nursing home. Awesome.
It was so refreshing to have such great customer service especially just prior to Christmas. Everywhere I went the last couple days people were generally rushing to take care of you, rude and made you feel like waiting on you was the last thing they wanted to do. Thank you, Christine, for making my day.
