TRAILFLO bikes

Fantastic bike shop. Myself and a friend went in to check out some full suspension mountain bikes. We don’t really know a bunch of MTB jargon or specs, these guys made us feel welcome and at ease. They were excited about promoting the Pittsburgh MTB trails and getting everyone they could out there enjoying them. They were also experts about all the tech, have great bikes, and excellent service Im sure. This shop is what mountain biking is all about, sharing and enjoying the fun to be had on the trail.

Excellent bike shop near North park. We came in from out of town looking for a demo and some recommendations on where to ride- trailflo set us up for a great day in the park. I’ve been visiting mtb shops around the world for years and these folks were some of the best people I’ve come across! Highly recommended!

Best shop for full-suspension bikes! Tom and Matt run a great shop, they are extremely knowledgeable and happy to take time to educate you. They carry top bike brands and high-end accessories and clothing. Service is second to none and rates are very reasonable. These guys work hard to foster the mountain biking community in Pittsburgh and are involved in maintaining local trails wit Trail Pittsburgh.

I highly reccommend this shop, it's worth the drive from anywhere!

Hands down the best shop in the area for a mountain bike. Tom and Matt are always helpful, honest, and never feel like salesmen. They carry the best selection of bikes with a variety on hand to demo. Where else can you go on a free demo with excellent riders who give great advice on which bike would best fit your riding style? If you are looking for a new MTB do yourself a favor and check them out.

Overall, a smarter bike shop staffed by professionals. Service and knowledge more similar to that you would get in destination locations like Vancouver or Asheville. By far the best repair workmanship I have experienced in Pittsburgh with rates that are on par for the market. There is no reason for you to be taking a high-end mountain bike to pro bike and run.

This is a great MTB shop. They are rider owned and ride what they sell. Bike shops like this are few and far between and it's worth spending money there to keep them open. They support their community and offer a great service with their mechanics and mountain bike knowledge. They carry Ibis and Rocky Mountain bikes which are two of my favorite brands, both with grass roots in the industry. Thanks Tom and your team!

Undoubtedly one of the best bike shops around. Trailflo has an awesome crew that is both professional and passionate about their industry. If you’re looking for anything bicycle-related whether it be softgoods, hardgoods, or maintenance this is the place to go.

This is my new favorite bike shop. They truly care about helping people. I could not find one shop in Pittsburgh that would do an on the spot brake bleed but these guys did it on a Sunday! Also, when I went in I didn’t know my suspension was setup wrong. I didn’t have to say anything for them to help me with it. They showed me how to properly set my bike up for me. Later in the day I got a flat after trying my new setup. I brought my bike back to trailflo and they helped me diagnose and fix my tire. These are the most knowledgeable mtb guys around!

AMAZING place all around.

Bike service - excellent and my experience has been quick turnaround with comparatively cheaper priced than other places (for what I think is better quality). They have fixed what is needed, never felt like I've had unnecessary/surprise work added on, and even gave me a heads up of what future maintenance or possible issues I should watch for...I give them my full trust!

Staff - They happily answer questions and you can tell they love talking about mtb, and provide their honest take on things including nuances I would not have guessed

Bikes - retail and demo mtbs so dreamy that I weird people out by asking if I am in reality or a simulation while inside the glowing aura of these fine bike specimens

I have been riding, racing and helping during events with Trailflo bikes for about 3 years. Tom is extremely helpful and informative, and not in a salesman way! All the MTB'ers that ride and come out are an amazing group. Pay no heed to the "1" star diatribes, those are bogus reviews from lazy folks. The shops hours are located via many ways and the most important part of all, it is a ride owned shop, a rider that rides with many of his customers regularly! I recommend people any time they start talking a bout bikes!

Tom (and crew) provides unmatched bike stoke, customer service that comes with immense wealth of knowledge he speaks to from years of experience riding. Trailflo is not only a bike shop but a community that comes with an amazing group of folks to ride with. I highly suggest demoing a bike or coming out for a group ride!

I take my Evil Insurgent around the world on all kinds of trails introducing her to a fair share of abuse, I always make sure to stop at Trail Flo before and after to get the bike running like new, and I’m never disappointed! Always a quick turnaround and very reasonably priced. Tom and Matt know bikes, and I would recommend anyone needing a new rig or service to check them out.

Tom did a great job building a custom full-suspension trail-MTB bike for me. Tom, took the time to perfectly setup my suspension and fit the bike to me, making my riding much more comfortable, and faster. Additionally, Tom does great work servicing my older bike, which I really appreciate.

Awesome shop, Tom is the man. I live in another state but I have family and several friends who live in Pittsburgh and recommended I purchase my next bike here. I could not be happier with my experience and would recommend to all my friends.

These guys are real riders ( enduro racing ). They carry the coolest, most beautiful bikes. They have a demo fleet to try out ( which isn't easy to find in this part of the country). Their shop is right next to great trails to demo. But the best thing about buying a bike from them, was they gave me awesome advice to help me get the best bike against my own thinking. That is why it's worth it to deal with a real professional bike shop. I found them on the internet, and drove 2 1/2 hrs and got it all figured out in a week. Just looove the bike! Definitely worth the trip!

Best bike shop in Pittsburgh. Owner is a fellow MTBer and sends it better than most. I've purchased 2 bikes from here and will be purchasing future bikes from here. Go here, you will be glad you did!

Tom is the best dude in the area to deal with when it comes to bikes. I took a bike to him that I bought else where to get service done on the suspension and I haven't been anywhere since. If you're going somewhere else to get a bike or parts, then you're making a huge mistake.

Highly recommend Trailflo for all your biking needs. Everyone there is extremely friendly and very helpful. Best shop in the Pittsburgh area hands down!

Awesome shop! First time stopping in, but the shop owner is super friendly, great selection of bike brands as well as gear and accessories. If you like bikes, definitely check em out
