Nicole, OT is incredible. So happy all the time. You can tell that she loves what she does. From my first visit to my last she never made me feel uncomfortable, she explained everything she did and why she was doing it. While the staff was always professional, the office was very warm and uplifting. The staff is always smiling and makes you feel welcoming. Any occupational therapy needs I recommend Nicole 100%! You will feel better!

I find my physical therapists to be professional and my experience at Phoenix accompanied with a friendly atmosphere with each visit. My therapists are personable and highly skilled. They've helped me to address my injury and heal far better than I had been doing on my own. Their guidance and patience has really helped by suiting my daily schedule and current training goals as well. I would recommend my Phoenix team to anyone who is looking to heal, improve and strengthen their injuries.

The team at Phoenix Scott Township are all excellent - I've been a patient at this facility for several months now rehabbing through a long standing neck issue. Sometimes PT isn't the most fun you can have on a Tuesday afternoon, especially when you're in pain, but I have found the staff to be patient, kind, and welcoming of all of my questions. I'm very happy I selected this practice for my therapy.

I starting PT at Phoenix Physical Therapy due to rotator cuff pain. I wasn’t sure it would help but after six weeks of working with Jim, Kajja, Lauren and Torrin, I’m much better and pain free. The therapists are very understanding and supportive. And the receptionist Darla is simply the best; keeping appointments and insurance on track! Overall, I had a great experience. I would highly recommend this PT practice. Thanks for everything!

After injuring my shoulder at work, I was told by my doctor it would take 12 weeks with therapy to heal. Pheonix Therapy got me good to go in only 8! Jim and Kajja are truly the best therapists there are. They are patient, kind and understanding all while providing the utmost care for their patients. Darla is the sweetest and most enthusiastic receptionist there is! She is so welcoming, makes you excited for therapy, and makes the overall experience so much better! Pheonix therapy is the best because of its providers!

This was my first time to have physical therapy. I had no idea what to expect. It turned out to be a great experience! My therapist Jim Mousadis was wonderful! Right away he knew the problem and knew exactly how to treat it. His assistant Darla Hauser at the desk greeted me everyday with a smile and kindness. Also she was always glad to help me with any questions or showing me how to use the equipment Every patient that came through that door was treated so well and Jim and Darla knew their names and made them feel comfortable

I am thrilled to say I am so much better. I am finished with therapy but I continue to go there to use any equipment or machines
using the program they have by paying a fee once a month

I am writing this review on behalf of my wife who is a Physical Therapist and extremely selective on where she receives PT when she is unable to treat herself. My wife, Christine, had such a wonderful experience with Jim Mousadis. Jim quickly diagnosed and treated her cervical disc issue. Within 6 visits, Christine was practically symptom-free and able to return to her work and fitness activities. In addition to praising Jim's orthopedic and manual skills, Christine said that she had a great experience with Darla at the front desk. Darla provided exceptional customer service and was diligent in helping Christine find appointments times that worked with her schedule. Christine's experience at Phoenix PT was exceptional and we will recommend to our friends and neighbors!

I'm so happy that I found Phoenix for my physical therapy! The facility is clean and the staff take your health and safety seriously. Jim and Kajja are helpful therapists that discuss any issues that I'm having and provide functional exercises to assist in my recovery. Not to mention they, Darla, and the rest of the staff are friendly and create a pleasant atmosphere!

The staff are so friendly. They get to know their patients and interact with them while treating them. Darla schedules my appointments and is very accommodating. I have been to other therapy offices and chiropractors but Jim and Kajja are the only therapists who have been able to make me feel better. I would highly recommend this office to everyone I know.

I have had an excellent experience at Phoenix PT for my shoulder. The facility is well-equipped and very clean. The therapists are thorough, knowledgable, and friendly. I came to Phoenix via a recommendation from my primary care doctor for TMJ jaw therapy. Kajja helped me get back to a pain free existence with stretches, trigger point pressure and massage. After just 4 weeks of PT with Kajja, my pain was subsiding. I continued treatment for a few months. While a wide opening of my jaw is not what it used to be, I am at least living pain free and that is what matters. I also wanted to comment about the wonderful front desk staff member, Darla. She was super efficient. She had my previous visit bill ready to pay while I waited every time. This saved me time from having to deal with it later paying online. She is also a scheduling wizard.

Great atmosphere and environment! All staff is super friendly and welcoming. Kajja and Jim are super knowledgeable and really listen to any questions or concerns. Darla is very accommodating and warm when you come in. I definitely would recommend Phoenix!

This is my second time around with the staff and I am extremely pleased how I have been treated for my rehab. James. Kajja. Darla, and Francis are always willing to give a little extra and are extremely interactive with all their patients. I actually look forward to rehab a few times a week.

Having the amazing opportunity to be an SPT for my first clinical experience I cannot recommend this place enough!! I love Phoenix! The staff is friendly, courteous, and so very knowledgeable. I was always greeted by name and after 6 months really felt at home. Darla, receptionist and Phoenix WORDLE expert, always greeted with a smile, and so nice when I was tardy... Kajja, my therapist and awesome massuese, taught me many great stretches and exercises that not only improved my pain but allow me to help myself at home! Doing those stretches everyday Kajja...well almost! So fun getting to know Hannah, future PT extraordinaire! Best wishes as you return to school! I am impressed and very grateful for what they do at Phoenix:
My back injury and arthritis prevented me from standing up straight. After just a few visits, the staff at Phoenix helped me to learn exercises which reduce pain and strengthen my core muscles. It was not always easy, but the results were great and have helped me to avoid surgery. Now with my progress in the Phoenix Fit Program, I am standing taller and feeling stronger than I was before my injury.
