I had the pleasure to work with Jeff and his team, and could not have been more pleased. Not only were they extremely prompt, but they also catered to my (very) busy schedule. Jeff was able to match the wood flooring in my upstairs to the wood flooring project in my basement. They were reasonably priced and I couldn’t be happier with the results! If you’re on the fence about any flooring needs, stop wasting time and give them a call!

Highly recommend! Jeff was patient and consultative as we worked to decide on our flooring style and choice for our home. We did our flooring project in 2 phases (an upstairs and downstairs). When it came time to install the upstairs carpets, Jeff moved fast to get us schedule and get the work completed, which was a convenience for us. We’re still finishing our downstairs project, but so far so good. We would recommend Jeff and Floor Coverings International at this point and expect to see a successful project completion.

Floor Coverings International did a great job of installing hardwood flooring in the entire first floor of our house. The owner, Jeff, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful as we selected the right solid oak flooring for the job. His installation team was excellent. They worked long hours, and they paid attention to every detail. They ensured that every joint, corner, and piece of trim lined up perfectly. We couldn't be happier with the result. Excellent company, all questions were answered to our satisfaction before installation. Pricing was competitive with other companies and the measurements were very accurate. We had to replace 1000 sf of engineered flooring and it was removed and replaced in two days which minimized disruption in our home. We are extremely happy with our new floors and the entire process.

We have had multiple great experiences with this small, local company. They put in a beautiful Hickory wood floor in our dining room and helped us select a comfortable carpet that was also stain resistant for our family room. When we had a leak in our basement that required jackhammering the perimeter, they redid our tile entry and half bath, matching the wood trim that had been damaged, and redid the carpet and stairs. The carpet is always pulled tight and they do a great job of shifting furniture safely to get the floor coverings installed. When we remodeled our a new house, their quote for the same products were significantly less expensive than the other quotes, allowing us to opt for premium carpets and vinyl flooring. Kathy helped us select a vinyl flooring that matches the existing solid wood stair treads since we could not put hardwood done on concrete in the basement. We had some Hickory left over from the prior house, and they were able to match it so we could do a home office with it. They were flexible in holding parts of the order and working around our contractor's schedule as we did not want the stair runners installed until after the bulk of construction was done. When an area of trim had not been installled ideally to accommodate bifold doors hiding the furnace, the owner Jeff came back and fixed it himself. We highly recommend Floor Coverings International.

My husband and I are thrilled with the work Floor Coverings International did in our basement! Our floor was definitely not easy to work with, and was quite sloped with uneven concrete on the perimeter and a drain in the middle of the floor. Kathy P. came out and met with us in person to look over the project and guide us through our options. We went with a waterproof vinyl plank that could be molded to fit the insane slope we were dealing with. The crew that came out to work on the install was exemplary. They put in long hours to finish the job in one day and left the place clean and spotless when they were done. Kathy P. then came out the next day to make sure my husband and I were happy with the install. They did all of this within just a few weeks, and finished up before the holiday! If my husband and I have any other flooring needs, we'll definitely go with this branch again.

Floor Coverings International did a fantastic job with the carpet runner in our home. Installed in September 2020, absolutely nothing has gone wrong with it. It still looks as beautiful as it did three years ago. Top-notch product and top-notch installation. Highly recommend.

Floor Coverings International-Greater Pittsburgh did an exceptional job with the flooring on our remodel. Kathy Piccoli helped us pick flooring material that would complement flooring in two adjacent rooms as well as provide a durable surface for our new kitchen. She explained in detail what would and would not work. The installer meticulously nailed down all the “squeaks” in our old flooring before laying the new wood floor. They worked closely with our contractor to make sure the entire project was completed on time. They responded immediately to all inquiries and made sure all details were completed. They are very professional and meticulous with details. Highly recommended.

This company has done quality meticulous work for 2 projects. One was tiling in my kitchen, really adding tile to fit an older floor after a doorway was widened and cabinets removed. The outcome was better than expected and looks great. The transition to a wood floor is more gentle previously. I also had a new backsplash put in. When I had concerns they were addressed promptly.

I highly recommend using Floor Coverings International for carpet installations. I just completed laying new carpet with Jeff, and couldn't be happier. His team worked efficiently and professionally, leaving a perfectly laid carpet and my home clean. I also liked that he came out a week later to make sure everything was to our liking and even went the extra yard by helping me re-roll some extra remnant carpeting that was left over. I found Jeff to be a high quality; high integrity person to work with.
