Went looking for engagement rings today and Kasey made me and my significant other feel extremely welcome. She explained everything in a way that made us feel confident moving forward and found exactly what we're looking for. We are very appreciative of her time today.

We just picked out my engagement ring this past November at Frost & Co and couldn't be happier with it!! We had been to soo many diamond stores in the Clark the building (and around Pittsburgh). They weren't pushy/sales oriented which was refreshing and really made it a wonderful experience for us. Communication was easy and there weren't any problems with our shipping (my fiancé picked it up at the store). They had a huge selection of natural and lab made diamonds that were all reasonably priced. We'll definitely be back!

Frost & Co. was our jeweler for my engagement ring and wedding band. We had such a great experience here. The customer service was excellent - especially from Janet. She ordered a wedding band that I liked in white gold and similar styles for me to try on within a week. I would highly recommend this jeweler.

Awesome service,, best quality and selection

Phenomenal customer service, absolutely affordable for anyone, an unparalleled amount of knowledge, they walk you through and explain everything you would want to know about the products, and theyre honest about each product. I recommend anybody and everybody to go check them out. The wife is absolutely love with the ring they helped me put together.
