I love how this facility meets all my needs! They have spacious parking spaces and a variety of unit sizes. The place also looks neat and well kept!

This facility has completely changed for the better since new ownership. Units are easy to rent and access. I noticed new LED lighting, surveillance, secure gate, and technology. We can pay online or call the number for help too! (The call center is super friendly and extremely knowledgeable) Quite impressed.

Love it quiet in the cut literally have access 24 hrs to you thing and it’s clean

Storage units are very affordable.

It has a gate halfway around the place.

Gate malfunctions all the time. No one around to enforce the safety and hold people that throw garbage all over the place accountable. A couple of years ago they were mice/rats all over the place. Although I had rat poison in my unit, the infestation was so bad, they would eleat all the poison in days after placing AND still managed destroyed hundreds of dollars of my stored summer clothes. Whe reported they gave two rats....

Nobody there to assist you and no returned call. Very disappointed.

I contacted the service number and sounded like it was routed to foreign call center. I requested to simply tour and view the property to see what their unit looked like and security of the compound.

The representative informed me in order to accommodate that request. I would first have to photograph my Driver License? I was just asking to come look at the location. Simply having an employee there would suffice. But, they said everyone must photograph their Driver License and text it to them.

The entire conversation raised red flags on Identity Theft. Second glance at these Google reviews raised more red flags as who gave them 5 stars verse those rating lower.

This location screams STAY AWAY.

If you like your items stolen and replaced with someone else's stolen items then this is the storage unit for you.
