I’m grateful that my friend suggested Diamonds by Rothschild when I began shopping for engagement rings. Becky and David made the experience that much more special- from designing the ring with them to being very hospitable and communicative. I, and more importantly my fiancé, am SO happy with the product they have given us.

David is one of the best jewelers Ive worked with! He was so knowledgable & kind. He made buying our engagement ring a nice and pleasant experience, highly recommended , i wouldn't go anywhere else but with David.

Great experience with Becky the Manager, along with the rest of the staff. I had a very unique situation which was not going well with other jewelers. Becky welcomed me in, accommodated my situation, and I walked out with a great gift for my wife and a great deal. I would highly recommend Diamonds by Rothschild, and I will definitely be back.

When one of my precious gold pendants wore down enough for it to fall off, I came here to get it soldered. They recommended I do all three because of the age of them and so I did. When I came to pick up the next day, they had fixed and even polished all three pendants and the chain they go on. Not to mention it was quite affordable to do so. A couple weeks later, I ended up accidentally ripping my chain off. I came back to have THAT soldered and they did it in 5 minutes while I waited and didn’t charge me a dime. I was not expecting that whatsoever. It was so nice of them and it was greatly appreciated! I would highly recommend coming here. The customer service is great :)

David and everyone there was incredible! My fiancé and I went there on a whim, looking to design my engagement ring. Other places told us they would not make our design because it “wouldn’t look good”. David immediately saw our vision and said he knew exactly how to make it look amazing. They did not disappoint! I’m absolutely obsessed with my ring, and I can’t wait to go back to make my wedding band.

I can't say enough great things about Paul Michael Designs. I got to work with Paul to design an engagement ring for my special lady. Even though I had a very specific vision in mind, Paul helped me to evolve it into something even more beautiful than I had imagined. We designed it in CAD and tweaked it digitally. I got to look at a full high resolution 3D renedering and a 3D printed wax version of the ring. The entire process was amazing and fun. I loved how it was a dialogue the entire time. I never felt like I was just a number. The customer service was amazing, and I'd recommend Paul Michael Designs to anyone looking to make or buy something unique and timeless. I'll definitely be going back for our bands.

We went to Paul back when he had his shop, Paul Michael Design. My now husband and I custom designed my engagement ring using a stone from a family heirloom. He worked with us with such patience, creativity, and care. He used technology so we could see the ring as we designed it before he then 3D printed it. We felt totally confident that the final product would be perfect. He spent so much undistracted time with us that we felt like we his only customers. We loved working with Paul so much that when it came time to get our wedding bands, we went to Paul at Diamonds by Rothschild. We had a similar experience and love the final products. Paul goes above and beyond and we cannot recommend him enough.

Becky was great to work with. I needed a replacement for my wedding ring and she really helped not just replicate the original design but improve on it. She was very helpful in choosing what metals I’d like best. I’m thrilled with the final result and would absolutely recommend her and the team at Diamonds by Rothschild.

After years of research I finally settled on a "custom" piece by Paul. Just before popping the question I noticed the ring looked like their were some... issues. In "curing" or so Paul claimed.

Naturally, I contacted Paul and notified him of my concerns, and he recommended either replacement or refund. I opted to wait until my fiancee saw the ring before deciding. The ring went from bad to worse real quick. But when it was all said and done we couldn't imagine our big day without this particular ring.

After receiving, a return label and mailing our very bady crafted engagement ring, and a promise to make things right, Paul stopped responding to email, phone calls.

Honestly, I could not be happier to have opted for the more economic and earth friendly option, because had I paid for the bells and whistles, I would have escalated this at breakneck speed.

In the end, I am hoping to either have the ring I was promised, or issue me a full refund. Either way, don't just expect that I will go away if I am ignored.

Stopped here while helping my daughter’s fiancé ring shop. Becky was just fabulous! She was so patient and not pushy and explained all about diamonds. It was super educational and because of her time investment and beautiful jewelry they have, the ring was bought here. My daughter absolutely loved it! I would highly recommend anyone looking to make a major purchase to go here.

I emailed Paul a picture of a ring that was similar to what I wanted. I had my own gemstones that I wanted him to use that were different from the picture I had sent. I visited the shop and Paul drew up my ring while I watched ( very cool software! ) 2 weeks later I had my dream ring. I absolutely LOVE it. It is EXACTLY what I wanted! Paul Michael is my #1 choice for custom jewelry.

Becky is absolutely amazing! She takes the time to really know and care about her customers. She was fabulous for everything for me, and my fiancé bought my ring from her just because of how thorough and amazing she was! My now-fiancée and I are SO happy we chose Paul to create our custom-made engagement ring. We looked at several jewelers and chose Paul because we were impressed with his incredible reviews, beautiful studio, and of course his very friendly and brilliant personality. We used the diamond from my fiancée’s great-grandmother’s engagement ring in the new design, which made it especially important for us to choose wisely. Paul’s finished product is even more beautiful than we could have ever imagined! He also let us come into the studio to help create the band using liquified white gold, and took photos and a video of this experience for us to always have and remember.
