PRO BIKE+RUN Robinson

I was overly blessed to have Chris, the manager, take care of me when I went in his store yesterday. I had been in an accident and could hardly walk or could not get up off the stool. He’s so graciously help me and in every way possible that I needed and never once acted like I was a bother or did not make me feel bad because of my present health condition! I am 77 years old, but the accident certainly put me in very poor physical shape. My orthopedic specialist wanted me to get some good walking tennis shoes, so I could go out at least 15 minutes a day and walk to build up some strength. Chris worked diligently and patiently with all my physical deficits and found me a pair of excellent tennis shoes that feel like I’m walking on a cloud. I just told my friend about him and she plans on getting a ride to his store and having him take care of her, so she can buy a tennis shoe that will help buffer all her aches and pains. After my purchase, Chris, even so kindly walked me to the door and open it up for myself and my sister, which was extremely kind and so deeply appreciated. If you want the best… I would go and see Chris, the Robinson store manager… because I know he will take the best care of you just as he did for me!

3 of us in our family went to get new tennis shoes. We have different needs and uses for the shoes, and we left the store more satisfied with our new shoes than we have anywhere else we have ever gone. From the technology they use to assess you to the associates that evaluate your needs and process the data, we purchased the best shoes of (dare I say) our entire lives!

Abe, Dave and Jordan are super friendly and helpful. They work hard to make sure my bikes fit and perform perfectly. They are always accommodating when I need something. Great bike shop highly recommended.

I start here because I have never had a " salesman" that was so easy to work with.
He was very knowledgeable.
Straight answers.
I also had the opportunity to interact with a couple of other employees.
They also were very knowledgeable and friendly.
The store is well stocked.
Nice place.
I will most likely buy my bikes there.

The techs here made some pretty big repairs to my bike. It literally feels better now than when I bought it new at another shop. Amazing! They were also very understanding with my slow pickup while I was out of town. Thanks!!!

I had an amazing experience while buying running shoes and Oofos at the Robinson store. Maddie was so knowledgeable and so helpful in guiding my sister and I through purchasing the right shoes for plantar fasciitis. She was extremely professional and helpful. She went above and beyond making our experience a great one! Would highly recommend this store for all of your running footwear

Chris was really a great listener and guided me to inserts and new shoes. I love how there is a guarantee for my liking the stuff I bought, and I appreciate that ability to return the inserts if they don’t help. My PT recommended this local store.

Have a call to the Robinson location. Nick helped me out and was awesome. Then when I got there in the afternoon the bike I had him put on hold for me was sitting and waiting for me. Great experience and awesome customer interaction. He was great and I love the new Specialized Rockhopper.

Just want to thank Chuck and the Staff For the best bike service I’ve ever had!! He took the time to measure my correct size for the new bike and let me take a test ride to be sure!! Literally the best!!!

My daughter needed new running shoes. The associates Zack and Maddie were friendly and knowledgeable. The experience was excellent. We will definitely be back.

Chris was great! He spent time listening to what we needed, analyzing our feet and gait, and made awesome recommendations on shoes and insoles. This was my first time in a Pro Bike and Run, and I'm so glad I stopped in!

They did a great job helping me get started with a gravel bike and all accessories. Prices were competitive and questions were answered honestly. They didn’t try to push a sale on me for the higher priced item, it was overall a great experience.

Came here looking for some shoes for pickleball and the owner of the store was really great and honest and told me that the shoes in his store probably wouldn't be best for that. I could have easily sold me something and I would have been none the wiser, so I really appreciate the integrity!

Ask for service to replace a broken chain. Told me they were extremely busy and it may be a week or two. I dropped the bike off and they called the same day and said it was fixed. Thanks!

Excellent customer service and knowledge when it came to our bike questions. They went over and above with explanations, demonstrations, and advice. They walked me thru my bike service review and installed a new bike rack on my Jeep. Plus great sales on shoes! New favorite store.

I am a beginner runner so I don’t know much about what I’m doing, but the 2 young guys that helped me find shoes were so kind and helpful! It was an awesome experience to have personalized recommendations based off of the analysis that they did and to be able to run in each pair of shoes before making my selection. Their kindness and knowledge about running made the experience so great and I can’t wait to go back! ☺

My gf took me in here the other night & I was just aggravated cuz I have a hard time walking around & have been dealing w/ these issues for dam near a year but I go in & am so glad I did. I can't brag enough about how smart & knowledgeable SAM is. Don't let his young good looks fool ya. He gave me answers I've desperately been searching for & even my podiatrist
could not give me. They didn't even carry the shoe that I really needed and he still helped me find the one that I do need. I was able to find orthotic insoles that will work for me. I didn't know that they even had a treadmill and machine that tell you where you put all your pressure so with that science and all of Sams knowledge, I highly recommend going here, I'm bringing my daughter here next week so she doesn't have to endure all the pain that I have. I can't thank them enough, I actually get at least one new pair of sneakers a week 2 try 2 find something/anything that will help me. I now have the answers I've needed!!!
