Giant Eagle Bakery

I've found that the Giant Eagle bakeries are pretty much comparable to most of the stand alone bakeries out there. That would be primarily true for the standard bakery products, cakes, donuts, etc.
I realize many standalone bakeries have their own specialty items, so can't really rate them based on those. Overall though, if I'm not looking for a specialty item, I'll get my baked good here.

OMG!! There is not a day that goes by that I don't atleast think of their white almond cake. And their raspberry filled white almond is to die for. I have even tried their flavored popcorn (cherry chocolates --I think) and AMAZING barely covers it. They have a terrific variety of products to choose from. I've even got my dog a toy here also.

I buy something from Giant Eagle's bakery once a week. Food is always fresh. Cakes an snacks and pies, oh my. Giant Eagle, thank you for being a friend. 😊

Service can be slow depending how many people are scheduled. The pudding cakes are moist and always a great price. Every Friday is five dollar friday. 12 donuts for 5 dollars.

$5 for 1 dozen donuts 🍩🍩 on fridays (2018) dont miss it.
Get your kids a cookie card and have a free cookie every visit! (Or a piece of fruit but....🍪)

I do shop here frequently because it is a clean place and things are well organized...I do order birthday cakes a lot for my family, since prices are affordable..

The "GIANT EAGLE BAKERY" located inside the GIANT EAGLE Store on FREEPORT ROAD in Aspinwall, Came to My Wife's rescue today. Another Bakery DROPPED the ball & My Wife had to make other arrangements. This "GIANT EAGLE BAKERY" was VERY BUSY today, BUT, They were NICE ENOUGH to accommodate My Wife's Bakery Needs. The BIRTHDAY CAKE was a DOWNRIGHT DELICIOUS DELICACIE for Me & Our Family. We WILL use this "GIANT EAGLE BAKERY" again & again in the FUTURE.

I love this giant eagle at waterworks,most ppl their r really nice and friendly,the food is fantastic and u get ur monies worth,they have a bar n tvs u can watch,its a very comfy place to go...

What a wonderful place to be.... don't go their hungry, oh my.. you'll be like a kid in a candy store! I want , I want, I want.... everything looks fabulous!

Best Giant Eagle for produce and for the bakery. Always clean and well stocked.

Umm Yummy! Cornbread, cupcakes and fudge brownies. How can you go wrong with fresh ones everyday.

Best variety of baked goods ..cpuld not ask for a more exciting choice of decadent deserts.
