Ally was our sales rep when we got our 6 year old her new bike. She was so informative and kind throughout the process. She had her be a part of test riding it, picking out accessories and having her stamp her new bike certificate. She informed us of all of the trails, service benefits and safety with her bike. They saved the day! My son’s wheelchair tire picked up a nail. After a quick call, we stopped by to have a tube installed. They fixed the errors in my attempts to plug the tire, patched the hole, and installed the tube with little wait. They even found me a box to prop his chair while we removed the tire. Many thanks!

Stopped in at the store to check out a couple bikes that I was interested in. Allyson immediately greeted me and was great to work with, she helped guide me as to which bike to go with of the 2 I was looking at. She was very patient with me and walked me through all accessories, both for safety and convenience, explaining various benefits of them all. Even Paul, who had called me informing me that my bike was ready for pick up, was very professional over the phone. Once I picked up my bike, Graham had went over the bike with me and answered any other questions I had. He also took care of a concern I had a couple hours after picking up my bike. I 100% would recommend business with Trek of Robinson based on professionalism, and high levels of customer service. Will definitely continue doing business with them for all of my future biking needs!

What a great experience today. This was our first time in this store and the entire staff was so friendly and helpful. We came in for service on my bike for brake repairs. The guys were so willing to help and entertain our kids while we waited, they were riding bikes in the store, and playing with the bells:). I highly recommend Trek and this location.

This visit to the Trek store in Robinson was outstanding. Allyson was extremely helpful and treated me so well. This is in stark contrast to the last time I came to this store. It was 2011 and my husband had just retired (at age 51). We wanted to buy bikes to help us stay active. At that time, the staff was completely dismissive and wouldn't even begin to help us. It was such as bad experience that I refused to go back for anything. Since then, I've purchased 3 successively more expensive bikes for myself, and we've bought 2 for my husband at other local bike shops. I came back this week because I am a part of Pittsburgh Major Taylor and Black Girls Do Bike cycling clubs. I've seen the community work you are doing and the support you give through donations, sponsorships, etc. Allyson is a credit to your business and because of the work you've done and the people you've hired, I will be back in the future.

I purchased a new Domane + E Bike. The service was spectacular! Everyone was very knowledgeable and conscientious. Allie, Dylan and Paul were all very helpful. The bike is amazing. I have not been riding for a few years due to medical issues and the E Bike got me back in the saddle. I didn’t know what to expect but the e bike allowed me to pedal as hard as I wanted without putting undue torque on my arthritic knee. Excellent experience with getting the bikes that suited my husband and me. Staff was awesome!!

Michael was super helpful, and the service and attention to detail he provided really made me feel like he cared a lot about getting me the right bike that I was looking for. He was able to explain things to me and made sure that I understood what he was talking about. Again, I felt like he wanted to make sure that I had everything that I needed for the purchase of my bike.

Been buying my bikes at Trek going back to 2012. Every bike from myself and my son have been perfect. The service techs and representatives are top notch! I wouldn't want to deal with any other shop. 100% perfection!

This is the best top-notch bike shop in the area by far. Don't even bother going to that ProBike place. You will only get laughed out of there if you are not Lance Armstrong. Awful shopping experience. But I'm not here for that.

I had been shopping for a new bike at Trek for almost 2 months and had stopped in multiple times to look at their bikes. I was about to buy a 2019 Marlin 7, but saw the rest of the Marlin line had 2020 models out. I asked one of the employees if they could see if the Marlin 7 was going to have a 2020 update. Sure enough it showed in their system and in a new color! As soon as it came in, they built it and called me immediately. The color is gorgeous on it! It seemed all the employees were geeking about the color more than I was! As this is really my first "real" bike, I'm a bit of a novice. The employees answered all my questions, no matter how stupid or basic they were. They really seemed to treat me as an equal and encouraged learning.
I will ALWAYS be going to Trek for any service and questions I have. Thank you Trek for the AWESOME customer service and shopping experience.

All my experiences with this store have been positive. They have built several MTB wheels for me, and all have been done in a nice timely fashion. I prefer to do my own bike wrenching, expect for wheel building. I've never purchased a bike from this store, but I'm definitely impressed by their Service Department!
