I reached out to Rachelle and she was super nice and accommodating so I decided to purchase my first tennis bracelet here! I just received my bracelet and it is BEAUTIFUL omg. I was offered from another, very rude, jeweler for $80 less then what Rachelle gave me, at Golden gals. I did my research for over a week. I’m extremely happy with the results. I will only use this store and refer all my friends and family to Rachelle. Ask for her. She’s amazing.

I didn't know what to expect when I went to the door of GoldNGals and was greeted by a charming women named Rachelle. I had some old pocket watches to sell and was amazed to see that this was a classy little jewelry store. While the owner was looking over my watches, I looked in the cases and saw some great looking pieces. But what really stuck out were the prices! I said to myself, this is something I could afford. I was personally attracted to the torquoise jewelry but soon saw several items that jumped out at me for my wife. This was unique because I have always had a hard time finding something that I think she would wear. But after I went through each jewelry case, I must have found 4 or 5 pieces of jewelry that would fit her personality. This was great!...I have since bought numerous items from GoldNGals because the selection is great and the prices have been even greater. I would recommend everyone to stop in and be surprised like I was.

This store is so great! I just went there with some silver coins and broken jewelry and walked out with an engagement ring I never thought I could afford. Rachel is so nice and helpful. Did I mention I got more than they offered me down the street? You can trust this place!!

Great place if you need some quick cash Rachelle is honest and fair. Been in here a few times and was always treated with respect. They also have a great selection of jewelry lots of different unique pieces.

You know that thing you leave outside at night for someone else to take in the morning? What's that called? Oh yeah, TRASH. That is EXACTLY what this "company". Drove down to the Cheswick location that no longer exists even though they advertise that it does. Then when asking what I wanted, the lady on the phone got extremely rude. Maybe they should also advertise that they won't buy from the public anymore either. I wouldn't even look their way. I've never felt more disrespected by a company as a potential customer. I guess I should have listened to most the other recent reviews about how they treat people. Stay far far far far away. The owner has replied claiming I cursed and they tried helping me but none of that is true. I would have accepted help but that was never offered. Just more excuses trying to save themselves.

Not the place sell bullion there are other locals who are a lot better. I have a 100 oz silver bar was offer $2000. Way lower than the other local dealers.

I talked to you over the phone the price you offered was $500 lower than the next lowest offer I got. I called around and got prices before so I am not traveling around with 100 oz of silver. If anyone who reads my review doubts me check with the other local dealers in Natrona Heights and Lower Burrell you will see the other places pay better for bullion.

She offered me $175 for three 5 dollar gold eagles, three 1 gram gold bars, and three assorted gold peso coins. Spot was somewhere near 1300. The gold eagles were 3/10th oz by themselves. Atlantic gold exchange paid me over $800 dollars two days later.

last week i brought a heavy white gold necklace in with the intent to sale. i was told by the person who waited on me that it was marked odd and even though she knows it's 14k she needs to take it somewhere and get it tested with a $30,000 gun. since then i brought in to 2 other local gold buyers and they made me offers on the spot within short periods of time. this seems very odd therefore i'm questing here buying practices.
