I needed a bracelet repaired and they were very helpful. Picking it up the day after I dropped it off. I bought a couple more bracelets and they are gorgeous. Parking is a little tough, but that is the area itself, bring a couple of quarters and you are good to go. Thank you for your help and timely repair.

I can’t say enough how much I appreciate and love seeing Barbra and Rob. They helped us select the most beautiful pieces that were perfect for my honey and I. Their selection is pretty expansive, they have a good mix of the old and the new. They care about what you say, and make you feel very comfortable trying on jewelry and asking questions. Just a good, warm feeling in there. I also had a recent finger injury right after getting engaged and they were so kind to offer a free resizing after just getting my rings sized. I do feel like they very much care and value their customers and are genuine, kind and passionate. They are just the best. Will always recommend them

I have dealt with Robert Truver's Jewelry store for many years. I have gotten many great deal and very unique pieces from him. I even gave him a challenge to replicate an award I received except in a smaller version, and it came out perfect! Robert is always up for a challenge.

I went to Truver’s Jewelry with several needs for my rings. Barbara and Rob did a wonderful job of helping me to reset stones, restore a ring, and size a ring. Rob is an excellent jewelry craftsman with reasonable prices. I recommend him highly!

I took my wife's engagement ring and wedding band in for repair as the engagement ring snapped at the seam, and I also wanted the rings soldered together. I got it back today and I swear it looks better today than the day we got it! Robert and Barbera did an amazing job as always. Very professional, knowledgeable, and explains everything that they're going to do in a way that anyone can understand. A way better experience than the big box stores and much more affordable. Bob does absolutely wonderful repair work! And the way they shined up my engagement ring after sizing it for me, wow! It was even more beautiful than when I brought it to them! And the pricing was very reasonable.

The only place I trust to take my antique jewelry to get repaired and resized. Rob dose a fantastic job. The turnaround time is very quick. When you pick your jewelry up, it is so clean you'd think it was brand new.

We had a great experience buying wedding bands from Truver’s. It was the first place we looked and immediately had a feeling we’d be back, but wanted to do our due diligence and shop around before making such a big purchase. The rings we tried at other jewelry stores all felt thinner and contained less platinum for a similar price. In the end we returned to Truver’s and purchased our rings and couldn’t be happier with both the product and the experience.

I am a bit late for this review because life gets the best of you but that doesn’t take away my experience here. My husband had this necklace he use to always wear but it broke so for our anniversary I wanted to get it fixed. When I took it in initially it wasn’t going to be done in time for our anniversary…. But they seen my disappointment and he said he would make sure it is done in time. It was above and beyond and the work was amazing. My husband was so excited. And wears it every day again 😌

Truvers is an excellent jeweler! They have repaired rings and chains with a quick turn around and fair cost.

Also, I have purchased 2 rings. The staff was very patient and helpful as I looked at MANY rings before deciding. Truvers is a low pressure and excellent buying experience.

I have dealt with Robert for many different needs, but this current need for wedding rings, Robert truly knocked it out of the park with the quality, worked performed in a timely manner, and very knowledgeable about the rings he sold us. Linda and I truly appreciate Robert's honesty. We would highly recommend Robert for any jewelry need. One project that Robert did for me, I had him replicate an award that I received into a piece that I could wear around my neck on my gold chain. It was amazing how it turned out.

I would highly recommend Truver's. Their customer service and quality of work is second to none. I got an engagement ring made at a different jeweler and had a good experience, but they weren't able to customize the actual wedding band to fit the look that what we wanted. So we took the ring to Truver's and they were able to make the most beautiful wedding band that fit perfectly and is visually amazing. I wish that I would have gotten the engagement ring made at Truver's. They do great work and they are a pleasure to work with. For anything that I may need in the future, I will most certainly go to Truver's and will tell all of my friends/family or anyone who asks to do the same!

They did a fabulous job enlarging my 38 year old wedding bands! You can't tell where they were enlarged, and I haven't seen my rings so clean since my wedding day! I highly recommend!
