Had my kitchen flooded while on vacation in October 2019. I called Mike Inks immediately and explained the severity of my situation and he responded immediately at a fair price to repair cabinets and remove the damaged (3 layers) flooring and replacing it with new vinyl flooring and the downstairs damage to ceiling and walls all within 2 weeks. We had our kitchen back to normal for Thanksgiving. Great job by Mike and his professional crew

Fixed my roof. Did a good job at a fair price.

We recently purchased a home recently that had a roof done by this company in 2011. This roof is still under warranty although they claim there actually is no warranty... we have the paperwork, but apparently they just TELL you there's a warranty to sell you. We even have record of the service calls (2) done for this exact same issue, so it was clearly known.

A few months ago, we started having issues with the paint bubbling in one room. We used our HSA and had a pro come and check it. They told us the roof itself was not installed properly and there were nails popping through nearly every shingle. We then got our the roofing paperwork and contacted Ink. They told us there's "no warranty" but offered to come take a look. Upon arrival, the guys told us that this is a known issue from a previous bad installer and they would glad fix that portion of the roof at no charge. They came back the next day and told us that actually, no, they were there to fix it, but they were going to charge us.

That's called a "bait and switch" and it's not only deplorable but illegal. I called the owner Mike as i assumed he would at LEAST be helpful and offer some sort of favorable solution as it was HIS STAFF that promised a free repair 1 day earlier...but no, he proceeded to laugh at me and tell me "you'll be paying or else I guess we won't be doing your roof".

Absolute trash. Don't waste your time or money. We certainly won't be spending a dime with these scammers.

Terrible workmanship. I had an addition put on under my deck in 5/2018. To this day it leaks every time it rains or snows. After multiple attempts to have them fix this problem....they don’t respond. They took out money and left us with a leaky addition. I’ve attempted to call Mike Inks many times, sent pictures etc. and still no response. As I sit here tonight, water is still coming in under the walls. Never again!!!! Stay clear of this business.
