The Fawn Tavern is a special place to me. Yes, it's close to my home and a stop in is just convenient at times, but also it's the kind of wonderful dive bar I love.
It allows smoking, has a free jukebox on Wednesdays, cheap drinks and the occasional live entertainment. It's a cash only establisment so bring the dollars, but you don't have to spend a lot to have a good time. There's also karaoke Thursday where you get to hear the locals sing their favorites again and again.
The bartenders are great and friendly.
The regulars give each other a friendly hard time and there's almost always some good barroom talk entertainment to keep the drinks flowing.
So, no, I don't want to tell everyone about The Fawn cause I like it just the way it is, but I am telling you about it because everyone should stop in and experience The Fawn.

Come for the day stay for the karaoke night. Great value great prices, just a bit sad there isn't more variety. Still a great time

Wife and I were out on the bike and stopped in the day before new years. Mildly crowded with a bunch of friendly folks. Bartender was on top of her game. Smoker friendly. Had a few and then on the road again. Will be back.

Well it was great I should have stoped before April When In arrived new in the area. You made it this far so I want you guys to tell me, why? I don't think any answer in this multipole choice question that we create answers A To Z would be to say why here is a spot to stop. Take a Break and Reflect on How much you Just got to observe about This Place and Enjoy Fawn Tavern too.

It was karaoke night. So much fun. Drinks were reasonably priced, people were friendly and the kj had a ton of music.
