I had the best experience at the waterfront store today. I had ordered the incorrect scrub pants online and was returning them. Keisha and Charlene were wonderful. I felt like I had personal shoppers to help me pick out what I was looking for. Once I found what I liked they called multiple stores to find the color and size. They were sweet, kind and genuine and I appreciate their help! Thank you!

Out of town visitor and needed some items for nursing. I walked into this store and Takesha greeted me. She was so friendly and professional. She was very helpful answering all my questions and was patient with me. She is an effective and efficient representative of this store she should be recognized by her management team. She is certainly an asset to her company. She made my visit a happy one for sure with her friendliness and professionalism.

Takesha was such a huge help and made my shopping experience so much easier. She went above and beyond to help me get the exact scrub set I wanted and made multiple calls during my visit to make sure that happened. I highly recommend shopping here for scrubs.

Charlene is the hands down the best! Her store is clean and well kept. Her staff is always friendly, professional, and helpful. She always remembers my fiancé and I, and always has a welcoming smile. If any products need ordered, she is quick to get it done and call us when it’s in. Highly recommend this store and staff!

Charlene was awesome, I seen her at an event and she told me to come see her at her store. At the store she remembered me immediately and got straight to work! She got me everything that I needed I was in and out in a flash!!! Oh and I also had a reward to use towards my purchase!

Charlene was most helpful for my first shopping spree here. First time shopping for scrubs and this store has a wealth of options. I tried on several and purchased a couple sets and some long sleeved shirts to wear underneath. All the materials are buttery soft and the tops and pants all have pockets galore.
Prices seem reasonable and Charlene signed me up for a loyalty program to gain points towards discounts. Plus, she sent me home with literature to pass on to my employer for them to enroll in a group discount program if they wish.
Very happy.

Charlene was fantastic, she set up a dressing room for me while I was picking out some scrubs and had it all ready to go. She also helped me to order a pair of pants that I fell in love with but they didn’t have my size! She really went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my experience and comfortable! She even told me about a discount I wasn’t aware of and congratulated me on my new job. I will definitely come back when it’s time for new scrubs!

Love their brand of pants. As a plus size woman, they fit so comfortably. Wouldn’t have found them without Charlene’s help! She was so amazing and showed me all the new colors ❤

Charlene and Virginia were the most pleasant and helpful sales people I’ve ever had helping me. They are sweet, energetic, and make you feel like you matter. They also give a great confidence boost with telling you how great you look in each set of scrubs!

I have been to this store in the waterfront several times. Every time I have a wonderful experience with Carlene! Even when she is busy helping other shoppers she makes the time to check in on you and bring you better styles and sizes. She goes above and beyond every time you visit. I wish I could give her ten stars, not just five!
