Classic Chinese Cuisine

Hi! First time caller, long time listener and sorry about the half eaten egg roll, but miso hungry!

Where does one start with Classic Chinese Cuisine? Well let's start with that name. Sounds like something you'd find buried within the catacombs of the freezer isle at your local
grocery store. Or maybe in the used booked section of your local Goodwill or second hand store with an inscription on the back of the cover page that reads

"Merry Christmas Debbie!

XOXOXO,
Roger".

Clearly all the XOXOXO'S are gone as Debbie has decided to part with this beautiful gift from Roger. (You ever see things like this and wonder what happened to them? Maybe they passed and the family donated the books. Or maybe Roger was tragically killed during a Ringling Bothers Circus show gone awry and Debbie has since moved on. 🤷🏼‍♂ Poor poor Roger 🥺 )Anyways back to the food...

Food was good. Egg drop soup was not too salty and was as comfortingly silky smooth as expected.

General Tso was good as well. Typical sauce used I think by every restaurant for the most part. Asked for a little extra spice 🌶 and they complied. The chicken was of better quality, not the hard stringy stuff that gets stuck in your teeth.

The pork fried rice was a surprise. I had a moment of "Oh nooooos" upon opening the box. I saw no veggies, not even one and it looked like just rice and pork. And that is exactly what it was and some egg. But I was pleasantly surprised that it tasted great and I had no quarrels over the missing veggies I am accustomed to seeing.

Egg Roll was an Egg Roll and cooked well. Crispy inside and out.

So, for what this place is and what I wanted, it checked all the boxes. It's not amazing, It's not bad, it's not what it's not. Its as the name implies, Classic Chinese Cuisine and I'd give it 5 out of 5 lactose intolerant moo moo cows

Phenomenal as always! Got shrimp fried rice shrimp egg roll and egg drop soup . Just wish the they would reopen the dining room cause it’s still takeout only as of now

Our go-to Chinese delivery restaurant. Every meal is excellent! Very fast delivery, they normally deliver quicker, by about 10 minutiae, than estimated. Accurate, hot orders each time! Highly recommend. Takeout or delivery only post-pandemic.

This was some of the best Chinese food I’ve had in long time. Everything was hot and flavorful. My only complaint is that they didn’t have “pancakes” to go with the moo shu pork.

My favorite place in the world. This is the best Chinese food around. Once you eat here ... All other places won't compare.

Shrimp with broccoli. Steamed white rice. White sauce. Good, great , fantastic. Hit the spot. ! No dining in only to go orders.

My boyfriend and I got takeout for the first time and we absolutely loved the food! The crab Rangoon is amazing so flakey and definitely the most filled/tastiest I’ve ever had (and I’ve had a lot). We will definitely be ordering again!

We love this place! Best food and nicest people, and since the pandemic hit we have been doing takeout. We live 30 minutes from the restaurant and when we get home the food is still piping hot!! Actually have to cool the soup down before you tempt to eat it.
Don't know how they do it! Definitely our favorite place!

this is my favorite restaurant! I've been eating here for over a decade and the food remains stellar. my favorite dish is probably the ginger squid, but everything I've had here is great (less adventurous foods like the lo mein & Singapore rice noodles are fantastic). this place is family-owned and everyone who works here is very nice.

Huge delicious fresh vegetables that are as tender as the meat they use. Love their spring rolls, pineapple chicken, and everything I've had from there, has been a tasty experience. Many unique options, and if you order something you're familiar with, don't expect it to be identical :) "Hot pepper" dishes are delicious, not to spicy, so is pad thai, curry, egg foo yung, and the pork is sooo tender. I absolutely recommend you try this place. Best option on Washington Pike for Chinese ;)

Been going here for years. I could eat their food every day and still be very happy. The food is awesome and the staff there are extremely nice. I usually get their Ginger Chicken which is the best I've had. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a local good Chinese restaurant to come here.

The food is very good. Well prepared and served hot. Have never been disappointed with any choices I had selected. The tables are clean. The restaurant is very clean. The staff is helpful and very friendly. Not a big size restaurant but big on flavor. Go hungry and you will still take home leftovers. Lots of parking- free. The tea is excellent served in a teapot and steaming hot. Many menu choices.

They have the best fried rice I have had anywhere, period. All the food was fresh and very good.

I have been there many times over the course of the last 14 years os so and i have to say. The food has always been great. The sweet and sour chicken is the best around as well as well as most of their other dishes.
As a bonus the lunch specials are an amazing price for what you get.

My husband and I ate here at least once a week. Best Chinese food in the area. Always fresh and delish. Great service. Great family.
We had to move to Texas and we miss Classic Chinese Cuisine dearly.

I miss this place so much. I moved to Florida and have never found another place that sold "cold noodles" like they have. Every cold noodles that I've ever inquired about has peanut sauce.. ugh yuk.
I wish someone could tell me how to make the "cold noodle sauce" I just want to make it at home! Im totally serious.
I miss it so much.
