I cannot possibly say enough about how great New Horizons is. They did extensive siding work on my house, as well as 2nd floor & attic windows, doors, gutters, and any related soffit/facia and trim work.
They did a beautiful job.
I hired them again the following year to do the first floor windows and a gutter guard (for leaves).
They did a great job discussing all of the possible options with me, and maintained ongoing communication. They made much-appreciated suggestions that really helped with the aesthetics of the finished project.
The folks doing the work were all very skilled and professional and friendly.
I felt that the price was reasonable given the extent of the work and the quality of the labor and materials I selected.
They worked through various weather conditions and dealt with a few surprises (a squirrel and bird family that were determined to move in), all with great patience.
I will hire them again if and when I have any other work that needs to be done (front bottom windows).

It's important to find people in home service industries who simply do what they promise, do it well, and stand by the work they do--all for a fair price for the specialty labor we are asking of them.

New Horizons Home Exteriors went above and beyond to deliver on those promises for the roof repair and replacement we contracted in 2021. Though the pandemic supply chain problem forced us to book a few months out, Joe and his team were there for us when needed prior to our scheduled tear off and install date. (Long story--but they took care of a surprise leak or two that hit prior to install).

Not much to the sales process--very low key with an honest explanation of the materials available to you--and Joe will give you a recommendation and explain it (we're glad we followed his recommendation on the dimensional shingle for example--our roof is striking, now!)

His guys just show up and work--there won't be much chit chat but there will be work aplenty that gets done in a very reasonable amount of time. They finished our 17+ square multi-level roof in just over 2 days and came back as promised to handle a request we had on a downspout move in our back yard.

A great looking roof that's holding up well early on, done for a fair price, and done when promised--we will look to New Horizons for home jobs we can't handle ourselves in the future.

We have used New Horizons for so many projects. They have replaced all the windows in two different homes of ours, new patio door and new garage doors. I would highly recommend Joe and his team. The installers of both the windows and garages were quiet, respectful, and cleaned all debris. We will definitely use New Horizons for any project in the future.

Joe was so polite and easy to communicate with. His workers showed up everyday and respected our property. We had siding re done that was done incorrectly by another contractor and they did a beautiful job! The difference between the two companies was day and night. We HIGHLY recommend New Horizons. We will defiantly be using them for any future projects!

New Horizons installed a new roof, siding, gutters and windows. The crews were very professional and did a phenomenal job. Joe and his team were very good at communicating timelines. Top quality workmanship. I highly recommend New Horizons.

New Horizons is simply the best home improvement company in the area. We contracted with them to do a really big job including removal of a second story deck, removal of a poorly constructed sunroom, new roof, new windows, new siding on our main house and new soffit, facia and gutters on our detached garage.

We received quotes from several companies. New Horizons was the best price by a large margin. None of the other companies we contacted even wanted to do the whole job. None of them wanted to touch the addition/deck removal and their quotes were still higher!!!

Joe, the company owner, was fantastic to work with. He kept his word at all times. When he said he would be there, he was there. When he said his crew would be there, they were. The subcontractors he uses are incredibly skilled and professional at all times. Not only did they do top notch work, but they did a great job cleaning up afterward.

I give Joe and New Horizons my highest recommendation. I only wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!

After having many estimates for a new roof, New Horizons came in with the most affordable price. The owner Joe, listened to my concerns and needs regarding a new roof, and he always had an answer, and gave his honest opinion. Joe is not your typical contractor, giving you the run around, or ignoring your calls/emails. Joe was just simply the nicest, honest person throughout the entire process. I will definitely not hesitate to use New Horizons again.

Oh, one last thing. I was given an estimated install date of June, due to all the wet weather the Pittsburgh area has been dealing with. Earlier this week, Joe contacted me and said he was shooting for Friday, which was fine by me & my wife. He gave me an estimated arrival time of 8am. My wife was leaving for work this morning, roughly 7:30am, and she said to me, “hey, I think the roofers are here”. I got up, and looked outside, and they were. His workers wasted no time, and immediately got to work. They had the old roof torn off, and prepped for the new roof around 10am! I left for work around 12:30 in the afternoon, and they were just about done! Big shout out to Joe, and his workers!

Tremendous work. They corrected leaks and drainage problems I had with my old roof and I have had absolutely no problems since. Joe is a true professional and his crew was punctual and clean. My highest recommendation goes to New Horizons.

I have used this company for 3 separate jobs. 1 siding job and 2 roofs at two separate houses. They do really excellent work. The employees are very professional and know their trade. I did have a minor issue with some flashing that pulled off in high winds about a year after one of the job. I called Joe, the owner, and he sent his guys out to tack it right back up with no cost to me. Never had another problem. Joe is very personable and easy to deal with. In summary, great contractors at a fair price. I recommend using them.

I needed to replace a kitchen window. New Horizons was prompt, got the window sooner than I expected, installed at my convenience. So far, so good.
