Guardian Storage Monroeville

Stopped in to Guardian on Old Haymaker Road to donate an item for their great electronics recycling service and was warmly greeted by Cindy Herd and several of the staff there. They were sharing pizza for an occasion and graciously offered some to us! Have been to this facility before and they always extend exemplary customer service - highly recommend!

The comfort of talking to the small staff who remember the details of my 8 hour, out-of-state move was just the cherry on top of the fantastic service provided by Guardian. The staff went above and beyond to be accommodating, explaining all my options and getting me the best deal. I felt like I was treated with the kindness and focus you'd find from a small, local business, as I have never used Guardian before, and found I was very pleasantly surprised and felt taken care of. They truly made an otherwise very stressful move the least of my worries when it came to my storage unit. Thanks so much, y'all were wonderful!

This is the first time me and my family ever got a storage unit so we didn't know much at all but the manager Cindy was so awesome and very professional she explained everything to us making us feel very comfortable with our situation she answered every question we asked with no problem at all, Cindy was also training a new guy and he was very knowledgeable on every question we had to ask him and also very professional you would of thought he was working here for years to be honest and it was his first day on the job wished I could remember his name to put it on this review but he'll know we're talking about him. I just want to say thank you and keep up the hard work I will be spreading the word about this location to everyone ...
