Dr. Roofer

Dr. Roofer did an amazing job from start to finish on our roof. Justin in particular was incredible to work with, and went far above and beyond to make sure every question and concern we had was addressed both before and during the roof replacement, even coming back several times to bring samples to help us decide on the color not to mention various follow up calls to address other concerns. On the day of the install Justin, Jake, and the crew showed up bright and early and got right to work, finishing the whole tearoff and replacement as promised in a single day. Justin checked in with me regularly and even provided pictures taken via drone of the progress throughout the day, which I thought was a really nice touch. They made sure the work was being done exactly as we agreed, and Justin sent pictures of each detail we had discussed as it was being completed. Overall I'm extremely pleased with the whole experience and highly recommend Dr. Roofer to anyone looking to get their roof done.

Justin and his skilled team have been top notch from beginning to end. They did everything they promised and more! The price was very fair with professional service, explained the process every step, and made a major home repair very smooth. I found Dr. Roofer through word of mouth from a friend, and I couldn't be happier about it. I needed a new roof on my duplex and detached garage, as well as gutter repair and installation. We’re so glad we held out and found this group. We had an entire roof replacement with gutter systems installed. They removed all the old material down to the decking. We have a mixture of asphalt shingles and flat roofing. It was a large project. They replaced the rotten decking and supporting wood found, removed the failing gutter and drainage systems and replaced with all new. They were prompt, they seemed thorough, and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. Whatever was missed, Justin did exactly what a project manager should! I will always refer! I hope they never change. And intend to use their services again! Cost was fair and appropriate. Those other companies, I found, were trying to scalp us. 10/10, easily. Go with Justin and his team!

My wife and I recently purchased our home in January of 2023 and in the spring noticed that there was water running down the sides of the wall and through the soffit from the roof. We'd seen the Dr. Roofer sign from McKnight Rd and gave them a call in November, hoping that we could maybe get an estimate and schedule work potentially in the spring. However, after having Justin come out for an estimate, we were sent a contract and able to schedule the work quickly and at a fair price!

The crew was professional and courteous while working and did a great job. After the first big rain we had, I noticed a leak in a gutter and contacted Jake about it. He stopped by and was able to determine the cause of the problem and resealed a seam that was pinched off by a downspout during installation.

Jake and his crew did a great job evaluating the root cause of our water problems and determined that the previous contractor who installed the roof cut corners, didn't lay shingles properly, used caulk to cover exposed nailheads, and had a poor understanding of roofing in general. There may be general contractors who may dabble in roof work, but the lack of quality is obvious and seeing the work done by the Dr. Roofer crew really contrasts what it means to be a professional vs a pretender.

The whole experience has been wonderful and I would highly recommend Dr. Roofer to anyone looking for quick, professional, quality, and fair priced roof or gutter work.

Jake from DR.Roofer was professional from start to finish as well as his crew! Jake came and gave me an estimate and talked everything through and answered my numerous questions. They did an amazing siding job and I am beyond pleased. They did everything in one day and cleaned everything up after. Highly recommend!

Working with Dr. Roofer, and especially Justin, was unbelievably rewarding. I’ve had tepid experiences with roofers in the past, but this could not have been easier, nor more pleasant.

Within 24 hours of calling for an estimate for gutter and roof repair, I had Justin at my home. He explained everything in detail and took pictures with his drone, which allowed him to explain everything with nothing to hide. He then worked up a quote RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME of exactly how much everything would cost, where I could save money, and recommendations he would make. The transparency was astounding. He was patient as we agreed to our path moving forward and I said yes on the spot. Within three business days the work was done. Some issues arose, and Justin explained best ways to proceed and, amazingly, was still within my budget.

I literally could not have had a better experience. In my opinion, this is the only call you need to make for all your roofing needs. I absolutely will continue to remain a loyal customer and will refer them to anyone I can.

Worked with my insurance and got me scheduled really quick for new siding. Also did new roofing on my house and was amazingly punctual with the job, all in one day. Highly recommend for anyone who wants professional timely work done. Justin has been a pleasure to work with.

He was transparent about the issues our gutters had and suggested we get new ones due to the age of them and the problems we had. We recently suffered major storm damage to our roof. After a quick internet search for “roofing companies in our area,” we discovered Dr Roofer. The large number of positive customer reviews was very impressive, so we called for an estimate. Justin came right out, surveyed our damage and provided a fair, reasonable and detailed bid.
