Allway was great! The team that came to do our roof was professional and kind. The roof installation was so quick they were able to do the job in a day. They did a great job with cleaning everything afterwards, if we didn’t have the new roof we wouldn’t have known they were there. Great company and I can’t say enough good things about them!

to Mark from all way roofing He Did a proper inspection on my roof flat surface and amazingly was able to save me a Ridiculous amount of money they have permanently repaired my flat roof I’ve waited a few months before I posted any reviews to verify that the leaks has stopped and I’m so pleased with the work and they are very professional and very polite.... they are now working on My shingle residential roof I would highly recommend them finally someone you can Trust

Edit 12/2023: multiple attempts made to contact the roofer for a leak issue. No return call, no visit . Nothing. It appears that they might not be in business any longer so not sure if my warranty transfers. I do not recommend them and may be exploring legal action due to no response.

Edit: A few days after this review, I was contacted by their owner who refunded the overage in person and had a staff member check my roof. Flapping was neighbors roof - live in the city of Pittsburgh with properties very close to each other. He was able to point out what was wrong with the neighbors roof and how it would resonate and be audible to me in my property. I appreciate his response and aid. I have since moved my one star review to 5 stars again.

Accidentally overpaid for services by a small amount- invoice amount was slightly less than what I wrote the check out for. Asked for refund a month ago. Two attempts to seek refund. Check promised - never received. 1 month after work, hear flapping on my roof. Contacted thru office number - got a call back was told they were out of the area for 10 days and would be by today to check on it. Did not show, or make effort to contact me. It would seem once out of sight, out of mind. I worry about their warranty.

Willing to update my review once my issues are resolved.

Stated that he would return to fix any other problems. Did not finish sides of roof. Roof still has 2 minor leaks. Have called at least 10 times and has never returned my calls. I will not recommend him to any one. Very disappointed in work.
