Extra Space Storage

I find good customer service difficult to come by these days, but that was not the case today. Andy was of great assistance to me. I had several questions about my rental that he patiently and professionally answered setting my mind at ease. Thank you, Andy, for your caring customer service - You went above and beyond!

All of my experiences with the staff at this location have been excellent.

Easy to access facilities, and super helpful staff! Had to move to a larger unit and they set me up with the closest one for an easy move. I lost my keys at one point and I was helped by Andy, who made the process swift and easy to get me setup with a new lock and keys.

This is my second time using this self storage location and I’m always blown away by the kindness of those who work here. Yesterday, I was greeted by two very kind staff members when I had a question about the locks on my rental. They are hilarious, easy going, and incredibly helpful!

I forgot the young man Name at the Hamilton office In Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania but he was very nice Very helpful and determined to fix the mixup that we had and he done an awesome job. I couldn’t have felt any more comfortable than I did with him once again I would like to thank him again he really deserved 10 stars

On my first interaction with Tyonna, she was very helpful in solving the problem that I was experiencing with my storage unit. Although she could not help me with my problem on the spot, she was a good listener, she was supportive and she followed up with a positive outcome of which I was very appreciative.

I've had numerous encounters with Tyonna regarding my unit and I've found her to be extremely pleasant and cooperative in finding a solution to my particular problem. She's a real asset no doubt.

My brother passed away and had a storage unit he hadn't paid for a few months due to his illness. Toya quickly alerted me his unit was up for auction in 5 days. I was given all the information I needed to make the decision to save his unit. I called multiple times to ask questions and each time she was patient and kind to guide me through a difficult time

This building is always absolutely spotless. The staff is always incredibly professional and polite. I have never felt unsafe in the building. It is always well lit and the temperature control is perfect. This is the best storage facility I have ever used.

Customer service lady was super, great smile, kind tone of voice, awesome.

It was an easy transaction. Ryan was great. He made sure that everything went smoothly. Great customer service.

When I say I love it here I really do baby!!!!! Ryan Robinson does wonders he’s Amazing assistant, Store manager make sure all his customers, as well taken care of and all are needs that can be met, to make us feel comfortable and well taken care of promote him to manager ASAP

The reps were friendly and helpful! They made the process of signing up easy and straight forward. I wish the company allowed us to rent units more than a week in advance, but other than that it was a great experience.

The storage facility was amazing. I was able to purchase my storage room and move in the same day. I received a rate better than all of the neighboring storage locations. The customer service I received from the manager was very kind and helpful. She answered all of my questions and provided quality service 10/10 would recommend.

I am very impressed with the customer service from the manager Tykea!! I had an issue and she was able to help me out!! She was very friendly and professional! Customer service isn't what it used to be, and she went above to accommodate me... Being I need to have a storage unit, I'm glad it's there!! Highly recommend!!
