The owner of Brilliant Nuevo and his family are so kind and make you feel special coming into their shop. I was able to design my engagement ring with his advice and I adore it. I love the special cut of diamond and the quality. My husband has also gotten earrings and a beautiful unique diamond necklace from this shop. Unique pieces of great quality and excellent customer service. I even get my rings professionally cleaned from Brilliant Nuevo each year so they continue to look like new. We won’t go to another jeweler in Pittsburgh!

Brilliant Nuevo diamonds has one of the most largest selections of fine jewelry in downtown Pittsburgh. Navin is very knowledgeable and one of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet. He can get you anything you want! Rings, bracelets, earrings, watches ....you name it.

In short I got a fully custom ring exactly as I wanted in two weeks within my budget and the ring looks amazing. If you'd like to keep reading it's a pretty cool story!

This guy pulled off something that I figure would be impossible, something that only happens in movies. So, me and my now fiancé had plans to go to a music festival at the end of September. I had been thinking about proposing for a little while but decide last minute that I wanted to do it at the festival. Moreover I knew that a traditional ring just wouldn't do for her. It was shear fate that I stumbled into his store. I walked in with only 16 days before we left on our trip.

I had a vague idea of what I wanted and no knowledge of jewelry whatsoever. With that said I enlisted the maid of honor for help. As we waited he walked me thru all of the different stones and coloring, shapes the whole 9yards and we struck a conversation about my now fiancé. After the maid of honor arrive and we hammered out a plan, I was told that this might not be possible but he would do everything he could. Within a day or two he had stones order, about a week later a custom modeling was complete. Once the stones arrived he worked quickly to get them all set and the ring ready to go, with one day to spare. Never thought I would get a completely custom ring that fast especially one that is perfect top to bottom, both me and my fiancé could not be happier with the end result.

Navin the owner practices in one thing... excellence. His product is top notch and he always professional and timely with him a deadlines. I will continue to go back to his business for life because you can expect nothing but the best.
