Beautiful flower arrangements for funeral. Called spoke with think her name was Tracy ,explained the situation we were in due some unfortunate circumstances. She was so helpful and compassionate. Would highly recommend this place. 10 stars. Arrangements were beautiful see pictures.

I had THE BEST experience at Wallace Bethel Park Flowers. I live in Ohio and was in town visiting family. I walked into the shop to purchase flowers for my aunt who was in the hospital 45 minutes away. I didn’t call in advance and was pressed for time. When I arrived, a person warmly greeted me within seconds and offered to create a floral arrangement for me on the spot. She stopped what she was doing and created an absolutely beautiful arrangement, at a very reasonable price, and I was out the door within 10-15 minutes. I should mention that it was the Saturday before Easter and they were all clearly very busy. Incredible customer service!
Adding to the experience, was their thoughtfulness. When I was struggling to place the arrangement in my vehicle without damaging the bouquet, another person from the flower shop noticed and offered to assisted me. He carefully and securely placed the vase of flowers in my vehicle and off I went. Everyone was so nice, so helpful and so kind. What a terrific experience! Thank you!

I always order flowers through Wallace Bethel Park Flowers. I recently ordered a congratulatory bouquet for a grand opening and, as usual, it was absolutely beautiful! They also made sure to have them delivered just as the business was opening! It was perfect and I could not be more pleased with both the flowers and the customer service!

I have had the best experience working with Wallace for an upcoming event. I was able to give them a vision and really work to get exactly what I want. They have been great at communication, tried to help me get closer to my budgeted amount by going back to the project and tweaking (which I truly appreciated) and overall, I’ve just been really happy with them. My event is not huge, but they treated it like it was the most important event they had going on and that was really nice.

Bethel Park/Wallace Flowers is my go to florist for everything from funerals, to personal indulgences and everything in between. Their arrangements are always beautiful as well as affordable.

Recently I needed them for my first full (personal) funeral package. They were so patient, and accommodating and even offered suggestions. Ultimately they provided the most beautiful Fall themed arrangements which truly honored my mother. The price was also less than I envisioned.

I totally recommend them for all your floral needs.

The silk flowers we ordered for a funeral service were not only beautiful, but a number of people commented on silk being a great way to keep the flowers as a keepsake long after any live flowers would have died. Called the shop 1 hour before closing on a Saturday holiday weekend. The proprietor said that, although they would soon be closed and not open Sunday, the flowers could be ready in one hour. They would not take a credit card and said I could pay on pickup. Great flower arrangement, customer service, and saved me for my wife's Monday holiday birthday! Highly recommended.

Excellent customer service--I forget her name, but was great. Happy, pleasant, knowledgable, and patient. Got a great flower arrangement for a great price. Made it up right then--also order a corsage for homecoming, was lovely. Also, received a poinsettia as a give from someone who ordered the plant from them...it was spectacular!

I had to plan my wedding long distance and was in Pittsburgh for only a short time. I found Wallace Bethel Park Florists because they were the only florists willing to meet with me on short notice. I’m so glad that they did!
I communicated with a lot of other florists online but I found that Wallace Bethel Park Florists were the most affordable and accommodating. Also, I really only wanted very simple flowers for my wedding but every other florist I spoke to made me feel pressured to use elaborate (aka expensive) centerpieces.
The folks at Wallace Bethel Park Florists just went along with whatever I asked for and also gave me a lot of advice on what would look good. They even integrated a set of crystal stems I owned into the arrangements and my bouquet.
It’s also worth noting that while other florists steered me away from hydrangeas (which they told me would wilt before the end of the reception) the Wallace Bethel Park Florists promised that they prepare theirs in such a way that they would last the whole night. Three days after the wedding my hydrangeas still looked fresh!
What impressed me most though was that when I arrived at the church, one of the employees was there waiting to pin all the boutonnieres on the groomsmen and to make sure that I was happy with everything.
Not only would I recommend them to a bride, I was so pleased with how honest, friendly and accommodating they were that I plan on exclusively giving them my business in the future.
