Since this has been under new owners....this place is fantastic. They are polite, helpful, professional, honest, and non judgemental. They offer great pawn loans if you ever get in a bind. I was so embarrassed but they made me feel human and were so respectful. They helped me when no one else would!

Staff was very helpful and customer service was great. I received a much needed loan at a very fair rate. When I picked my piece up recently they had made covid safety precautions to the store.I felt very safe.I would recommend to anyone and will use again if needed. Thanks

Broff's offered me $250 more than Dapel's Jewelers in Monroeville for my estate jewelry. They were great people to work with, and I am very happy to have received a fair price for my pieces. Highly recommend.

The staff at Broff's are the most friendly, honest and fair individuals I have ever met at a loan establishment. When the pandemic hit in mid-March, 2020, I could not afford to pay off my 3 loans. They actually extended the repayment period another 9 months. They are the best you will find if you are looking for a loan on your jewelry.

I have conducted business with Broff's on several different occasions, each time I needed a loan I always got what I needed. I've had several times when it was an emergency and I needed cash fast. They have a lengthy payback plant that you can pay on balance .They keep your valuables safe and securely locked up and they clean them up when you pick your items up.
