Guardian Storage Bethel Park

We went with this facility for storing things while we prep our house to sell. It's clean and the staff have been EXCELLENT - great customer service and professionalism. We picked it because I started using their free conference room for a business start up. It's a great free service to the community and the staff (Greg and Chad) were competent and friendly. When we needed a storage unit, the choice was a no-brainer. I did my due diligence researching other nearby options, and they had competitive prices too. Highly recommend.

Chad was amazing at getting me set up with a short term rental while we were moving. The process was quick and easy. The facilities are convenient, clean, and secure. We had no issues using any of the provided dollies and our unit was near an elevator and a loading dock, which came in handy when we had our moving truck.

This storage unit is clean and safe! Well maintained and lit.
My photos were stored here for over a year while I was moving and they didn't get damaged at all. I'd highly recommend this storage unit!

My unit was clean, secure and just the right size. The facility itself is secure and well-maintained , and the staff is very helpful. Facilities are conveniently located in various areas, and I looked at nothing comparable. I only wish the price increase was not as high, or I may have leased for another year.

The manager, Greg, was awesome when we were planning our move in. We were happy with the unit, and ended up needing it for almost 2 years. Move out was easy, too! I would definitely recommend.

I had a unit here for a little over 2 years. It was extremely reasonable with pricing as I only needed a locker unit. Temperature controlled and in a building so you knew it was safe (they also have built in insurance so your stuff is protected incase of a fire or whatever. )

We bought a house and do not need it anymore or I would still have it. Good experience from me 👍🏻

From the first phone call to the last, all communication has been fast & efficient. The unit and facility was extremely clean. The main thing for me was safety since I would need access at times the building was empty … never once felt afraid or worried. They check and make sure the units are securely locked as one day I had the lock on wrong & they called and I had to go and get it “fixed”. Would highly recommend this particular location.

The Bethel Park Guardian Storage facility on Milford Road was a Godsend. I had never rented a storage locker and they made everything seamless. The first day I walked in I let George know that I didn’t have a lot of time, he went through the process and explained everything thoroughly and quickly. When it came to obtaining a truck for moving Leah was just as professional. I really can’t recommend this facility enough, don’t look anywhere else.

I’ve had issues with my house and was able to get a storage unit in a timely fashion and was a very good experience. Space was clean and employees were friendly and helpful.

Maybe the best and cleanest place to store items on the south side of Pittsburgh / Bethel Park. Good people work here, good people store items here, it's secure and constantly monitored with surveillance, staff is capable of and willing to produce an audit log for you if one is needed, it's never too crowded, they have decent amenities (move-in truck, climate control, working facilities, etc.), so it's all around a solid option for all kinds of storage. I stored large furniture and other various household items and electronics here for about 2 years, and I never had a single undesirable incident of any kind happen owing to Guardian's operations. Assuming the location is right for you, this is probably your best option.

It’s really a nice place, secure and safe, easy access, well lit and well maintained storage, honestly it’s one of the most cleanest facility ever in Pittsburgh.
Also I have to mention that Greg is a very helpful and specialist at his job and as a manager knows well Problem Solving Techniques.
I will definitely be recommending this facility to all my friends and relatives.
