Forest Knoll Construction just replaced the roof on my house. I'm very pleased with the entire process and the outcome, and will gladly work with them on future roofing projects. Their entire team was easy to work with from scheduling the initial appointment, signing the contract, scheduling the job, and getting the new roof on fast. They were very accommodating to work me into the schedule on short notice, and there was great communication during the project. I was also impressed with how quickly and professionally they fixed a couple of minor problems...great customer service! Highly recommended for overall great value, quality and service.

We chose Forest Knoll over the other companies for their competitive pricing, no-hassle salesmanship and professionalism. The team there did a great job setting up the appointment and were available for questions at every step of the way. The installers did an excellent job, and when there were issues or concerns, Forest Knoll even came out to remedy them and keep us informed of the progress. We did feel that we had to babysit the installation crew sometimes, but that seems to be the nature of construction these days. Overall, it is like a whole new house and we couldn't be happier!

Forest Knoll Construction is a great company to work with. They took down old chimneys, put on a new roof and checked all of the gutters. They are very professional, reasonably priced, on time, and left the site spotless. We felt very good about their quality of work. I would highly recommend them.

They worked with us every step of the way, providing guidance and expertise, even on other construction matters with other contractors. The installation was quick and the craftsmanship is top quality. My wife was even happy about it, which is the gold seal of approval.
The roof looks amazing, and our yard is undamaged and hazard free. I would recommend this company as your first option with roof installation at a competitive price that beats the other contractors. Great Job!

If I could give this company more than five stars, I would. We hired them because there were no unknowns in their bid, and also because of the great reviews. Best decision ever. From our initial meeting with Eric, to the friendly and helpful office staff, to the great crew who worked quickly and efficiently to install our roof and do a diligent cleanup, to the quality assurance review by the PM, Greg, the whole process was easy, stress-free. We are very happy. I will recommend them to anyone needing a roof.

Very Pleasant and Professional throughout. Every employee was perfectly matched to their employment skills. Excellent Co-Owners, sales person, project leader and labor crew. From start to finish and cleanup in one day. Our house was small enough for them to have time to roof our shed for free. It was their idea not ours ! Work was high quality and we gladly tipped the laborers. A week later a very generous gift certificate to our favorite restaurant arrived in the mail. Best price by far, great hard workers, finished product looks great and has a 50 year warrenty. Also, everything was included in the low price, no Forest Knoll absorbs any unexpected costs.

I worked with Rickie and Greg from Forest Knoll and they were both very professional, and were able to answer all of my questions! They were even able to completely replace my roof in one day! I couldn't believe it! I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a high quality roof and a great company to work with!

Reasonable and fair estimate for installing new roof and gutter realignment. Final cost matched the original estimate. Experienced crew completed work in a short period of time. New asphalt shingles enhance the appearance or ornate woodwork at the top of the house. Glad to hear positive comments from neighbors about the new roof.

I stressed over my roof replacement job and after the job was complete...I wondered why? FK Const. did a wonderful job tearing off the old shingles, replacing with new and cleanup. From the owner down to ALL the employees I met, I can say this is a first class group. Easy to work with, ease in scheduling my job... and more importantly priced appropriately. My job required 40 squares of shingles and the job was completed in 1 day....they brought a huge crew of 8 who worked as a team in getting everything done & cleanup. I would highly recommend them for any new or replacement roofing job.

We got off to a very rough start because the crew assigned to my house to replace the roof, gutters, downspouts, soffits, and facia honestly did not know what they were doing. The work was bad, they took absolutely forever and it was horrible what was to show for it. However, I am giving this company 5 stars, and YES I absolutely would recommend them because they took care of it. Not every company will stand behind their work, and it says a lot when they do. The crew who first worked on my house is no longer employed at Forrest Knoll, so you should never go through what I did. The second time the work was done (when it was made it right) the crews were amazing. They were fast, professional, and their work was thorough.

Get to know Greg. He is the project manager for company. He gave me his card in the beginning and said to call if I needed him. This guy will take care of the customer. He is true to his word, and will go out of his way to make the customer happy. Greg deserves 15 stars.
I am giving a shout out to Alex, also. His crew worked on my roof the second time. Alex and his team are absolutely great. They are professional, fast, and awesome at what they do. You are in good hands if you go with these guys.
