My wife and I went to several carpet stores in the Pittsburgh area, looking for a 9X12 area rug. Viewed many different swatches which most would cost over $1200.00. Remnant City has many different carpets in rolls where you could view many carpets during your visit. Found what we wanted and had it cut to size for under $400.00. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for carpet.

I would highly recommend Remnant City. They are very professional and friendly. Lisa was so patient with me. We had 2 bedrooms and a gameroom carpeted. Their prices are fair and service was excellent! Brining & Smith did the installation and did and amazing job! I'm attaching a photo of the gameroom carpet, a huge space, don't mind the walls aren't done painted yet and the pics do not do it justice, absolutely beautiful!!

Love the work of installer. I forgot thier name but those are one very tall guy and his brother I think. Super nice. Highly recommend. You will save alot money. .

Purchased carpet for stairs and had it installed quickly. Pricing was very reasonable and the staff were all very helpful in guiding us toward an appropriate carpet for our needs. When getting carpet installed you pay for the carpet at the time of purchase and then pay the installer separately once completed via check or cash.

Tonight I visited their showroom for my second time. First time I was there was 2 years ago- I ordered a runner for hard wood steps. Andy was very pleasant and provides wonderful customer service. Randy did our installation and he was wonderful as well. Tonight, I visited to get a few area rugs made. Andy again, provided wonderful customer service, very helpful and efficient. The prices are great also. Even IF prices were a little more, I wouldn’t mind it because of the service you receive. Lowe’s and other big chain stores that sell carpet or flooring don’t even compare- there’s no match. Lowe’s employees are useless and can never answer any questions. I will continue to give Remnant City and refer any friends and family!

I am so pleased with my experience here. The sales staff and the installers were so professional and helpful. I was working under a tight timeframe and appreciate how accommodating they were. And very pleased with the carpet!

I like this place because it really simplifies shopping for carpet. All the rolls are right there, so you pick from a few dozen big rolls that give a good idea of what it really looks like versus hundreds of little swatches. No pre-measuring and installation was scheduled for less than two away.

SO GLAD I went there today to get a carpet for my living room, which will have the edges bound AND! it will be ready the day after tomorrow. I was expecting to have to wait at least a week, so I was very happy. Andy was very helpful.and patient. My 2nd time going there. Great place!

Owners are wonderful people to deal with. The staff were very patient and helpful with finding me what I was looking for! The installers that did the work were extremely professional and respectful of my property. In top of all of this, the carpet looks perfect! We will definitely return here for any flooring that we need in the future. Could not recommend more!

LeeAnne was great to work with. Expressed what rooms we wanted carpeted, provided her with measurements. She quickly pointed out which ones to select from within our budget, gave cost and very knowledgeable

Could not recommend more! I had contacted them months ago to get a rough idea on getting an area carpeted and they were pretty helpful in their email response. Finally we decide to go forward with our project and schedule a meeting with them. The girl that helped us was knowledgeable, helpful and honest. We picked a carpet, padding, install date and voila! The prices are SO MUCH more reasonable than a quote we had received from Home Depot and their carpet selection was so much nicer. The installation was done promptly, just two days ago in fact, and we could not possibly be happier, 1) with the carpet, 2) the installation 3) the company. Feel so much better having helped a smaller, local company than some giant conglomerate. We will absolutely be back.

Easy and smooth from start to finish! Lots of carpet to choose from and the installers were friendly and professional. We saved $2,000 by going here and not lowes. Very happy with their services!

Bought carpet from them before Christmas. Great installation so back to pur hse two more rooms from Andy. Their installers do a quality job.

Wonderful! 1st class customer service. Came in for a home project where i only needed a few strips of carpet, they had everything i could have wanted and more. The best part is the prices, i was literally shocked by how much carpet i bought for only... 20 bucks!!! And its beautiful quality! Wish i could give a sixth star. We will be coming back. :)

We visited the southside store and was very happy we did. Andy was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgable. There is a wide selection. We were looking for matching rugs and ended up buying a piece of carpet , that we had 4 rugs of different sizes made and bonded. Worked out cheaper than buying one rug. Great Service, will definately shop here again!!
