STORExpress Self Storage - McKees Rocks

For the past 6 years, my wedding design business is located in one of the contractor's units which I house a huge inventory and merchandise. I love my workspace! The staff is so friendly and helpful which is one reason why I selected this as my location. They have been quite accommodating with my needs for the space. It is so much more than a storage unit building - there are lots of businesses and musicians that occupy as well. It's nice to have other creative, nice people around!

I have been renting a storage unit for over 2 years and recently a rehearsal space at this location. Stacy, the property manager, has always been very helpful, very professional and very kind to me. Even in circumstances that I found were in need of being addressed or resolved, she looked into the issue and kept me informed. She always has a smile and a kind hello when I pass by the office and I appreciate her! Dave, the maintenance person who keeps the building clean and organized is also very professional and courteous. They do a great job at this location!

What more high praise can I give Stacy. She was thee best….she worked with my daughter and I to make sure our move was easy and simple. Also made sure we got the best deal. I’m truly thankful for her making my moving experience that much easier.

I just closed out my storage space at Store Express McKees Rocks today, where I was storing a very large and important piece of furniture. The storage spaces are ultra clean, easily accessible, and the staff is exceptional when it comes to customer service. There is always a member of the team available to help with a friendly and customer-first attitude, which is rare these days. Despite the self-service aspect of this kind of business, this team has not forgotten the value in human interaction with customers. I have stored with SE before and and the experience has always been flawless. I recommend with 5 stars!

I've never had a better experience working with a storage facility. The STORExpress in McKees Rocks is hands down the BEST! I couldn't be happier with the service provided by Stacey, the manager. I was a customer at this site years ago and had multiple problems and decided to move my stuff to another place. The new manager Stacey reached out and said that things were alot better and asked if I'd like to come see the changes. I went down and seen the huge differences from security to the cleanliness. I've since decided to go back and been happy. Stacey and Dave made the transition so easy and were very helpful.
I'd highly recommend this storage facility.

I just want to say what a great experience I’ve had here at storage express located in McKees Rocks Stacy is wonderful I came in here on a Friday and she had us in a office space by Sunday very nice, treated us so good explained everything very well . Stacy is such a good vibe & has an amazing personality !! Thank you Stacy for everything !! 😊

I could honestly wax eloquent about my experience at this facility. Right off the cuff, Dave is an extraordinary maintenance manager. He is deeply knowledgeable of this facility, and an absolute gem of a human. His ready smile and can do attitude is both personally, and professionally, a breath of fresh air.
I was able to comfortably ask him logistical questions of the facility, and receive an honest and in depth answer that left me extremely comfortable, and secure in the idea that, should I choose to move to the area, this facility is the place for me. I'd give a 10 star rating if i could.
The other staff member that needs a huge amount of recognition, Stacy, the office manager.
Stacy, right from the jump, makes you feel at home. I explained to her that I was considering moving to the area to find better oppurtunities for myself, my partner, and her daughter, but we would need a storage facility to store excess items. Stacy immediately made me feel like family. Drawing parallels to her own family dynamic, and creating a personal connection to my own situation. She made me feel at ease, while listening deeply to what I had too say, responding, and even offering advice when she could tell I was a little overwhelmed. She asked me specific questions, helped me figure out what my family would need, and it wasn't even a guaranteed thing. She just wanted to make sure I had the knowledge I needed, depending where my career takes me. Absolutely wonderful person.
If you live in this area, are relocating to the area, check out this location. Ask for Stacy. You will NOT regret the experience. Stacy and Dave aren't just outstanding, they are the embodiment of what deeply caring, exemplary professionals should be.

It is a great place to rent space. I had a business unit. Stacy in the office always provided me with excellent service. I utilized their conference areas and Stacy the manager would print off emailed docs for me when I needed help. This location is fully set up for a satellite business. They have a conference area, internet access, restrooms and Dave in Maintenance is always smiling and there to help you with your needs.

I love this storage unit. Great staff, management and maintenance are always so helpful. You can even get a free moving truck to move stuff into your unit. Best storage unit in the city!

They are great, customer service was excellent and explained everything needed to know. Had me in an out since I was on lunch break. Would express goin here if needed a unit.
