We had an excellent overall experience with Virgin Carpets and Flooring and would highly recommend them.
They installed vinyl plank flooring over the existing flooring in eight rooms of our home. It required a great deal of work and the results are fantastic.
Eric and Tim are absolute craftsmen. Their workmanship and attention to detail was second to none. We'll definitely be using Virgin Carpet and Flooring for all our future flooring projects

I am very pleased with this business. We purchased tile and carpet. They were professional, friendly and honest. They even went above and beyond to help me with a mistake I made. The installation was professional and done the right way the first time and when they said it would be done. I will definitely use them again.

They provided an in-home consult 45 minutes away from their store, helped us select options we had not even considered, and seamlessly installed both flooring and trim, with professional installers, which can be hard to find these days. They completed what seemed like an impossible task. We had a limited amount of time to replace all the flooring in our newly purchased home before move in day. We were able to choose a beautiful LVP and carpet from their in-stock materials and the install was scheduled immediately. We recently had carpeting and tile installed in our home and cannot thank Virgin Carpets and Flooring enough. When we first proposed the idea of getting new carpeting in our game room and replacing carpeting for tile for our dining room, we were not sure where to begin but we are so glad that we looked into Virgin Carpets and Flooring. The measurements that were completed to get an estimate took no time at all, our questions were answered extremely quickly, helpful suggestions were given, and everyone we encountered with were extremely polite and professional. For getting two rooms completed, it only took 4 hours on install day and the installers made sure that everything was put back into place before leaving! Totally impressed!
Our family that has seen the rooms so far say the same thing that we have in that the carpeting in our game room is extremely soft and inviting and the tile in the dining room makes our dining room appear bigger. Thank you, thank you, thank you once again for making the process so simple for us. From the time I walked into the showroom and talked to the experienced and helpful Mark until the completion of job I was treated respectfully. There were a couple hiccups along the way, one of which was out of their control and the other was resolved quickly and expertly by Tim. I highly endorse Virgin Carpets not only for their competitive prices but for the excellent craftsmanship and talent.

Over Xmas 2022, our office was ruined by a broken water pipe. Virgin replaced our carpeting/ hard flooring with such expertise that we have contracted them to replace the rest of the tiled floors.
