Balistrieri Construction Co. is a local family operated business that’s very easy to work with and very responsive! I had my entire shingle roof replaced. The crew arrived on time , they were respectful towards me and my property, finished the job in a timely manner, and cleaned up when they were finished.

I highly recommend Balistrieri Construction for your roofing needs! We had a leaking roof the week of Thanksgiving (into our dining room) and Keith came out within 3 days to look at it and repair it! We ended up needing a vent replaced and Keith inspected the rest of our roof too, to make sure that nothing else needed repaired. The communication with Lisa via email and text was extremely professional and timely. I really enjoyed working with this company and will use them for all future roof repairs.

Cannot say enough good things about Keith, Lisa, and the entire team at Balistrieri Construction. They are always very responsive, pleasant to deal with, and most of all, they do GREAT work. He has done repairs at both of the homes we've lived in and we've recommended him to three other people that needed new roofs - all of which engaged their services and all of which were THRILLED with their work - same as us! Hard working, jobs finished timely, FABULOUS results, and not a roof nail to be found afterwards! Keith is the only person we will trust with our roofing needs.

We used Balistrieri for a long overdue roof replacement. Not only does the roof look great, but I could not have asked for a better crew to work on our house. My kids (8&5) were stuck at home with me while I was working the week they came, and I did not have to worry about letting them play outside when the crew was done for the day, because there were no nails or other construction debris left behind. The only indication that our roof was being replaced was if you looked at our roof. They did a fantastic job on the roof, but having a crew that cared enough about our kids and pets to make sure everything was cleaned every night really makes them stand out to me.

A few weeks and a few storms later, we are still very pleased with our roof. They fixed our gutters, which alleviated some water pooling areas we had along our foundation. Our upstairs is also noticeably cooler, bc of our new vents. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough about the professionalism and personal support this company gave to my dad after a tree fell on his roof. At ninety-two and facing his own health concerns, my dad was also planning my mom’s funeral after her unexpected death. Keith and company did everything from helping him negotiate with the insurance company to choosing colors. Always on time, quality work, honest, clear and will give options. Thank you from the entire family for your support during this very difficult time. We were blessed to find you.

For those who care to read this I will start by saying I pretty much detest contractors. This however has been one of the best experiences ever. First of all they didn’t bring junk vehicles to my home that leaked all over my concrete driveway their vehicles were impeccable. Secondly these people were kind well spoken every single member of the crew say good morning or good evening they all had a smile on their face. The options were laid out in easy to understand English. The job looks impeccable they even found an issue with bathroom ventilation fans that we didn’t even know we had. Since they’ve been gone I have not found a nail or a single piece Of roofing lying on the door. There was no dust in my home there was no dirt on my driveway there was no oil spots on the driveway. I’ve never been a person who cared and I really want some thing costs if it was installed properly. If you’re looking for someone to do it outstanding job on your home this will be the only company I will recommend.

We have had a great experience with Balistrieri. Great communication, very responsive, and very knowledgeable. Jess came out ASAP to secure a loose piece of siding for us before it blew off and we lost it, saving us a large problem, as well as a lot of money. They have been great to work with and highly recommend them!

My go to roofer

I scheduled an appointment for an estimate to fix my roof and Keith tried to convert me to Christianity. Incredibly unprofessional and rude to do this in my own home. Very disrespectful. They will not be getting my business. We are an obviously Jewish household. I have nothing against the meaning and community that Christianity can bring to people’s lives, however it is extremely off-putting to have my culture, beliefs, and community disrespected by a supposed businessman I have invited into my home for the sole purpose of a roof estimate.

I will preface this review by stating we did not have work done with Balistrieri, but I still had an extremely disappointing interaction with them when trying to obtain an estimate for roof work. We have squirrels in our ceiling which came in through holes in our fascia and flashing, so we need the damage repaired ASAP so the squirrels can be evacuated to prevent damage to our electrical. I called Balistrieri on Friday and was told someone would call me about setting up an estimate. Five days later on Tuesday, no one had called us about setting up the estimate, so I called them. Once they returned my phone call, I was told we were "out of the service area" (we're in Edgewood, and they are in Shaler--approximately 20-25 minutes away), and for that reason our job would not be prioritized. They also verbatim told me that they forgot to call me back about the estimate, which is why I had never heard back from them. The problem we are having with the squirrels is proving to be extremely damaging to our home, and the fact that five days were wasted in us waiting for Balistrieri to call us back only to say that we are "too far" for them was extremely disappointing, especially since they were provided with our address the first day I had spoken to someone about the project. That could have saved us the wasted five days. Do not waste your time with this unreliable company.
