We took my grandmother’s engagement ring to Caesar to be reset for my own, and we couldn’t be happier with that decision. He is highly skilled, knowledgeable, and all-around great at his work. The center diamond from the three-stone ring I brought him had a sizable chip out of the edge of it, and I had been trying to convince myself to get a bezel setting to simply hide the chip in a new ring. Caesar was very patient with my indecision on this front, made and priced a whole design based off of my initial idea, and stuck with me through a full round of edits…after which I realized I wanted a prong setting and would need to consider recutting the stone. He handled the whole process with totally transparent pricing and recut weight estimates from the cutter, sent the stone out to be recut, and made a new design based on the re-cut stone. He also seamlessly incorporated my edits into the design. I would have expected other jewelers to raise the price based off of the amount of back and forth and considerable changes from our original plan, but Caesar was incredibly patient and reassured me that my satisfaction with the product was most important. The final product is absolutely beautiful, exactly what I didn’t even know I wanted at the beginning of the process. I would highly recommend Caesar’s Designs for anyone looking for custom jewelry.

Caesar is fantastic to work with. This was my first time buying jewelry and he was extremely patient with my endless questions, and worked with me to design the perfect ring. I also was under a tight timeline and he made sure the ring arrived when I needed it to and then expedited getting it resized (I didn’t know her ring size). I checked out other stores and I’m so glad I went with him, his prices are reasonable and product quality is unmatched. Would recommend!

After doing some research I chose Caesar to help me design a pendant honoring my late sister and her husband by incorporating their wedding ring diamonds and her initial. The process was easy and Caesar was patient while we worked out the design. After approving the 3D design I was very happy with the pendant but when I saw the completed piece, it was even more beautiful than I expected!

With the exception of special occasions, my wife went years not being able to wear her wedding and engagement rings due to a previously unknown metal allergy. We heard about Caesar from a friend of ours who had him make a custom engagement and wedding ring set, which had come out beautiful. We were so happy to hear that there was an actual, skilled jeweler in town. We called and he confirmed that he could remake the rings in whatever metal we needed.

Long story short, the end result came out great. They look absolutely fantastic, and we were both very happy that she didn't have to get "new" rings. Caesar was easy to work with, price was reasonable for the the amount of custom work and the masterful quality, and the "project" stuck to the timeline they initially laid out for us. We'd absolutely go there again.

My wife and I have had multiple interactions with Caesar. All have been a very satisfying experiences. We highly recommend him to family and friends. Most recently I had a custom design In my mind. With Caesar's help we were able to bring it to life. Give him a shot!

I’m so happy I made the decision to go to Caesar’s Design. I went in for my engagement ring to be resized and while speaking with one of the employees, the owner took the time to come over and listen to my concerns and worked with me to find the perfect fit for my ring. I also dropped my ring off about 5-6 days before Thanksgiving and when I expressed my worry that I wouldn’t get it back in time to wear so my family could see it in person, he promised me to have it done in time. There was no rush fee or anything for that. My ring fits perfect now and I couldn’t be happier!

My father ended up passing away unexpectedly a few weeks after Thanksgiving and one of the most wonderful things is that I was able to show him my perfectly sized engagement ring this past Thanksgiving. I can never say enough about Caesar for unknowingly giving me that peace of mind. I highly recommend their store and will tell people about it any chance I get.

Such a great experience all the way through. Caesar sits down with you and makes you feel right at home as soon as you walk in. I was able to custom design an engagement band and pick and choose exactly what I wanted. My fiancée is obsessed with the ring and we will be going back here for all of our jewelry needs in the future!

Designing our ring with Caesar made our engagement experience so much more special! He listened to our ideas and repeatedly assured me that I should not compromise on the design. He worked for many weeks fo find the type of sapphire we were looking for and man did he deliver!!! I am so in love with my ring (and husband to be!) I recently moved back to Pittsburgh and rediscovered Caesar’s, where I had shopped in the early 2000s. I love everything about this place - Caesar himself, his interesting designs, and his enthusiasm for making custom designs so that I get just what I want. I’m still regularly wearing earrings I bought 20 years ago and have a couple new pairs to add to my regular rotation.

Caesar created the perfect anniversary band for me - beautiful and so practical for every day wear with my toddler. I really appreciated that he wanted to help me find the perfect ring rather than just trying to sell a ring. It was also very reasonably priced for a custom ring. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing experience working with Caesar on a custom ring that used stones from my wedding and engagement rings. He spent a lot of time talking with my husband and I and getting a sense for what we liked and why the rings were special. One of the stones was an unusual cut and he immediately saw it as an opportunity to do something unique and began sketching it out. He was also flexible when I requested including more stones and came up with a solution.

During the process he kept in touch and had us come in to approve a wax prototype. I couldn't be happier with the final ring which he and my husband conspired to surprise me with on Valentine's Day! We had such a great time meeting and working with him that he earns our highest praise. I wish we had gone to him originally- learn from us and go to Caesar for all of your special jewelry needs!

Twenty years ago we had Caesar design our beautiful wedding bands. We have received many, many compliments over the years. Recently, my husbands band needed to be sized. As always, Caesar did a fantastic job and it now fits perfectly.
