Thick Bikes

I've been a customer at Thick for a couple of years and two bikes now. Our first bike experience was great so when it came time this year for another new bike the choice was simple. The people at Thick are courteous, patient, knowledgeable, and professional. Ive had service done on both bikes and have been equally pleased with the timeliness of the work and the fair cost. These folks will have my business for years to come. Highly recommended.

Stopped in to get a few adjustments and new parts for my partner’s bike. The staff at Thick Bikes are highly knowledgeable and willing to suggest all possible options to try to get to the solution that works best for their customer. Very glad we found the place.

Thick Bikes is an awesome shop to go to for all your bike needs. Have taken my bike in to get repairs and such and the people there are super nice, friendly and professional. Service is great and haven't had to wait long to get my bike back with the last service job being done same day despite being told it may take longer. Definitely recommend

Super happy with my bike purchase and Thick Bikes. Love that they post their inventory online so I knew ahead they had the bike I wanted. I am new to e-bikes and they gave me lots of information and recommendations. I was able to take a test ride, too. Always nice to support a local retailer who can help with any maintenance and repairs.

The bike of my dreams was located here at Thick Bikes. Sadly I lived 4 hours away! Undeterred, I emailed Chris and he sent photos , answered questions and got me set up to come pick it up. He helped me with customizing every accessory from Jones Bars, pedals, rear rack and bottle cages. The mechanics put it all together in no time. Thanks guys!

Place have awesome service! Got there an hour before closing time Paul not only took me in to help with my back rim tire.but told me what I needed & what had to get done with the problem.the man did it less then an hour & the price was fair.highly recommended this place to those who may need their bike fix or even get it check out! 🫡

This was my first time in and I'll plan to come back. They're a friendly and easy-going crew. I was very happy with the price of maintenance and that I wasn't up sold on services. I dropped my bike off and got it back the next day. The small parking lot is an additional plus.

My back tire was slowly loosing air and needed a new tube. Paul suggested a new back tire but didn't force the issue. I got both. So I didn't have to make a return trip, Paul said go eat lunch and the bike would be done. I hadn't even finished lunch at Fat Head's when the message came through my bike was ready. Great work at a great price equals a great place to take my bike for future repairs, tune-up, etc.

These guys know their stuff! I had two bikes I brought in last minute and not only did they fix the problems but they got it done same day!(in time for my weekend plans) They are thorough and found a few other areas that need some love but gave me the option and rationale for their recommendations. Great prices, fast, friendly, and knowledgeable service. Shout out to Paul M! Highly recommend, will definitely be back:)

Thick Bikes were an excellent help for all of my Gazelle needs! Very happy to see the best dutch bikes (E-bikes and acoustic) being distributed by them. They have knowledgeable and friendly staff which makes this my go to place for all of my bike needs. Best in the Burgh and I highly recommend their services!

I had a bike flat emergency on my way to work... after work I called them an hour before they closed and they professionalism took care of the issue. They also fixed my reflectors caring people!

Vince was friendly and knowledgeable as the issue with my flat tire diagnosed in minutes. Efficient process as my bike was loaded into the system and Vince completed fixing my flat tire in less than 20 minutes.

If you want to bike shop that is thorough and cares about your bike. Thick bike shop is the place to bring it This was my second time having my bike repaired there.

Thick Bikes was great. I found the right e-bike for me. I got some very good answers to all of my questions about the bike and also about the bike rack that I bought. I feel confident riding my Specialized Como 3 and using my Hollywood bike rack. I highly recommend this dedicated group who want to see us all on bikes!

Super knowledgeable and took the time to help me find the perfect bike for my size and needs. They weren’t pushy and let me mull it over for a couple days before pulling the trigger on purchasing. That was super refreshing.

I recently upgraded my commuter ebike but wanted to have a special stem and magnetic quick release pedals installed so it would be easier to store my bike in my office. I also wanted new Jones handlebars too. It is wonderful! When I got the text it was ready I couldn’t wait to go pick it up and ride it back to work.

We always receive great service and an honest, accurate estimate for repairs at Thick Bikes. They have a nice cross section of bike accessories as well - I previously purchased a helmet that I’m very happy with. The location is convenient with parking.

Most experienced and talented group of people I have had work on my bike. Efficient and timely in repairs, did not try to sell me a new bike or recommend unnecessary parts, just fixed the problem. Provided excellent solutions to my problems at a fair price. Definitely my new go to place for bike maintenance and repair. When time for a new bike will go there asdwell.

These guys were great and so accommodating! I bought a bike off of marketplace that was a tad too big and they were able to get me in right away to adjust the seat post for a very good price. I’m so glad they made my bike rideable, and I will be coming back here any time my bike needs repaired. Thank you!
