I called prior to purchasing a firearm online. I spoke to John which is the owner he was so professional and pleasant. A couple weeks later my firearm came to his store and he contacted me to come and pick it up. From there he walked me through how to use it, how to load it,and he also answered all of my questions and concerns. I would recommend this shop for anyone that's looking for an FFL dealer or anything for your firearm needs. Thank you so much John for your time and your patience with assisting me!

Nice little shop. Great selection of reloading supplies, especially powder, bullets and brass. A little thin on primers with a purchase limit of 500, but they are still in short supply. Will do business with him again.

Easy guy to work with good customer service will be returning for more purchases in the future most likely won’t ever go to any other gun store.

Love the place and the owner. Went to him after looking around to transfer my 2 pistols. He was very quick with the transfer both from other store and himself and had a fun conversation with. Going next week to get my rifle transfer from him again.

The owner was AWESOME!! Took the time to listen to what I was looking for, and was very educated about what types of firearms he knew I was looking for. Was not hesitant to give his opinion when I asked for it, which is very important to me. I will be a continuous customer and supporter of this establishment, as he is an Veteran as well, and we Vets need to stick together!!

Great place to shop, John's a great guy, always friendly and helpful. Anything I buy online, I have sent to him to do the paperwork, he's reasonable and very timely. Been going to his place for over 6 or 7 years and will continue!!

Have worked with John on two occasions. First to evaluate his shop and check out the prices. Prices very good for reloading supplies. Second. Ordered some parts, extremely fast delivery. I wold definitely recommend John for all post firearm purchases.

John is a one man band so call ahead. He is well stocked on reloading supplies. Doesn't gouge on prices unlike many online stores. Small stock of guns, parts, inexpensive FFL transfers and very Knowledgeable highly recommended steel city guns

Great place for reloading supplies. Very knowledgeable and really honest! Even if it loses him a sale, that is hard to find. I would recommend this to anyone looking for reloading supplies or firearm sales and transfers. I will be a repeat customer for sure.

John is great! Very nice and patient. Very professional too. Recommended if you are a foreign student with F-1 VISA. He knows the process!

Personal favorite place to buy my ammo. All my experiences were met with efficient, affordable, and knowledgeable service. John has been a real life saver during this darn ammo crisis.

Recently did an FFL transfer($20). John was nothing but helpful. Called when gun came in. Super easy to deal with. Will be using him again and recommending to friends.

John and his family are very polite and helpful. The store is fairly small, but has a good selection of reloading materials, and even a few ar-15 lowers. You can see many of the items on the Steel City Guns website, but its worth calling to see if they have what you are looking for because they have more than whats listed on the site. The location is at a private residence, so don't be surprised, and there is plenty of room to park on pittsburgh street.

John (owner) is a personable guy and he has a very good selection of reloading supplies at a very good price. Firearm selection is limited, but what's in stock is quality at reasonable prices.
