I chose this watchmaker from the other options available and I am quite pleased with my decision. Marshall was careful with my watch and efficiently changed the battery. The store is pleasant and has some lovely jewelry items as well so you can shop while you wait although I was served very quickly. The fee was very reasonable.

Wanted a battery change for my favorite watch after the last one died. The guy wasn't busy, so he changed the battery in under five minutes, and charged me $8 for it. Pretty neat.

Very nice very helpful. He went way out of his way to help with problems with various pieces of jewelry. I won’t take my jewelry any where else! And wouldn’t think of buying any jewelry any where else. I’d like to give him 100 stars!!! You know me as Mickey Wilson.

I had these guys overhaul an Omega for me, the watch looks new and runs like new now.

Great for watch batteries. 5 minutes, cheap, and returned within the correct time and date. I will be returning.

The only place I know of that will replace batteries in Invicta watches.

Asked for a watch repair, while it was fast, the price seemed way more expensive than I'm used to. I told him what I needed, and he kind of made me feel like I was being a nuisance. Either way, it cost me $10 for a battery and resealing the watch. I won't go here again, there's other Jewelry stores I can try near this location.

Worst jeweler I've ever been to.

Same story. Brought a watch in for a new battery and a new crystal. I knew it wouldn't be quick because the watch is older so I paid my deposit and guy said it would be about three months.

Six months later and I hadn't heard from anyone. Call them up and no one knows where my watch is. I call for days talking to different people at the shop. Finally they 'find' it.

Three weeks later battery stops working again. So they probably took a used one and put it in my watch.

I brought my watch in to be repaired. Several days later someone called to give me a quote. I gave them my credit card and they said the watch would be repaired in a few days. Two weeks later, after having gotten no call and my card having been charged, my wife went in to see if the repair was finished and they said it wasn't done. Over the course of the next 4 weeks, I called as many times and the person on the phone said they would have "the guy who works on those watches" call me. No one called. Finally, today, I took off work early (their hours are horrible) and they finally had the watch finished. Stay away.
