Leone's Pizza

Rarely can you sit down in a pizza shop (take out dominant business) this is a great place to sit Down and enjoy some slices.. Very clean, fresh new feel but also comfortable. No issues with the pizza itself either.

The prices are great, the food is great and the service you get is top notch.

We have had basically everything on the menu and have NEVER had a bad experience.

Today we finally took the jump and got their deep dish and wow it didn't disappoint. It was super heavy, the presentation was spot on and it was perfectly cooked. Comparing it to a genuine Chicago style pizza it's spot on.

Look at my photo, notice the perfect crust, the deepness of the pizza and the overall presentation. Oh and it tasted amazing

I recently moved here from NY and having been looking for something “similar” to NY pizza . I had given up hope until my husband came across Leone’s. Their pizza is exactly like NY pizza. I am SO happy to have found this place and it is so close to my home

I've been looking for good Chicago style deep dish pizza for a while now. The pepperoni and sausage pizza I bought was absolutely delicious. I had to fight with myself and freeze 2 slices just to have some next week. Plus my 5 year old who eats hardly anything thought it was great. I'll be back soon.

I've been meaning to update this review for a while now. After some thought, I decided that it wasn't entirely fair to post this review based solely on the delivery. Therefore, I continued to try their food and have had nothing but good experiences. The salads, pizza, and wings are very good. I think the prices are reasonable, as well, and I haven't had any further issues with delivery. Perhaps deep dish pizza isn't really appropriate for delivery, anyway. I've upped my rating to 5 stars.

I wanted to try Leone's deep dish. I called at 8:00 pm...asked if they were delivering and if it was too late to order. The girl who took the order (a deepdish supreme and a large garden salad) was very nice. I told her I was in no hurry whatsoever. Pizza arrived 50 minutes later, which was fine. She had said it might be an hour or more. I accepted the order, signed slip , and gave the delivery person a tip ($10). As he walked away, I noticed grease all over the cement. I carried the pizza to the stove and I opened it. All of the toppings/sauce/cheese were in 2/3 of the pizza. A sizable chunk of cheese was in the box, outside of the pizza. One corner of the box was soaked ...dripping grease (which was all over me from carrying the pizza about 10 ft). So...I haven't even tasted it yet. Presentation alone was enough to turn me off. $50 bucks for a big mess and a salad. You can bet I'm regretting that $10 tip.

Had my 1st pizza from here today. It was absolutely delicious. Loved it!!!

I ordered a steak hoagie, WOW! The bread was so fresh it was made excellent! It actually looked like a food comerical!! lol

Friendly staff and delicious pizza! Very high quality stuff, the cheese is so good. Definitely a go to from now on.

I used to order take out when they were on Plum St and it was really good, one of the better non-chain pizza joints in Pittsburgh. I tried them when they moved into the old Casey's restaurant in Downtown Oakmont, and surprisingly it is even better! I like the spinach ricotta pizza the most, but the Chicago deep dish is great If you love cheese. I really like the Leone's special wings too. Highly recommend if you are passing through.

Perfect spot for a late and quick dinner. Pizza was well done and tasty. Staff very friendly. Definitely recommend.

Leone’s has the absolute best deep dish pizza I’ve ever tasted. I don’t generally go for deep dish but I do now. Great crust, crispy and chewy in all the right places, and the sauce is rich and tomato-y. Try the roasted pepper and capocola. Nice space for dine-in and staff are very friendly. So glad they’re just down the street!

Had an issue with something minor, so I just called to talk about it which is all you gotta do sometimes. They weren’t taking any bs, they were super professional and understanding and made it right. I only ever order from here. They’re consistent every time, and have the best pizza, calzones, wedgies, hoagies, and huge portions. I love this place. Thank you!
