I got the salted caramel milkshake and loved it! My fiancé got the Oreo cyclone and also loved it! Pictured is the latest(3/9/24) menu. I can’t wait for the weather to warm up again so I can enjoy some more sweet treats from this place.

I know I’ve driven past this place dozens of times over the years. So glad I stopped today. The ice cream is delicious- rich, creamy and flavorful! They had plenty fun flavors. I tried Salted Caramel and Don’t Snicker at Me (and as always I top my treats off with whipped cream). I expected a little more chunks in the Snickers but it was still good. The Salted Caramel was perfect.

Sugar and Spice is one of my favorite neighborhood ice cream shops. I especially like that they have non-dairy options. I got the strawberry swirl and it was excellent. I was very pleased with the service here. The staff was extra friendly and very accommodating. The service was fast and accurate. The atmosphere was very welcoming and enjoyable. You would definitely like it here. I can’t recommend this location highly enough. I would definitely come back here for the great service and nostalgic atmosphere. You certainly will not be disappointed with this wonderful establishment. Definitely stop by if you are in the neighborhood. I definitely will.

We love the hours of operation. They are open late. Great location. Ample parking. Great customer service. Great soda shop atmosphere. Great vibe. Don't be afraid to ask for extra hot fudge!

I don't know why this was my first visit here. The ice cream was delicious, the employees were super friendly and the place was super clean and cute! I definitely recommend it!

The absolute best ice cream place around. A local staple. They feature their own custom hard-scoop ice cream that rotates regularly, so you'll always be wondering what you'll wander into. Sometimes agonizing the wait before you see a beloved favorite cycle back in. Never mind the endless soft-serve options they have. (Irish Cream is my favorite.)

They have so much to offer from shakes, to custom waffle cones, to cake cones, to pints with reward cards. I try to stay away from sweets, candy, and other non-nutritious food (even if I have poor portion control). This place though? It manages to rope me in every single time.

I love it, and I love stopping in. And the fact they do catering is a massive plus.

If you're ever going to stop somewhere for Ice Cream, this really is it.

I've been going to Sugar & Spice for ice cream for years, and it's probably the best shop. Everything is delicious, and the portions are big. Last week I ventured into the candy store for the first time. The selection was overwhelming! The associate was incredibly helpful as I hadn't a clue what I was doing. She let me wander the store without being pushy. Helped when i needed it, but didnt try to sell me things i didnt need. I dislike people just trying to make a sale. Afterwards I went to the grocery store for the baking items I needed (flour, Sugar, etc). In the baking aisle I came across a few things I had purchased at S&S and was surprised that their prices were lower than giant eagles. Good service, big selection, reasonable prices. 5 stars all around!

Wow!!! You can get ice cream here all year round!!!! Staff is super friendly!!! The inside shop looks amazing. You need to stop and check it out. Ice cream is the best In pittsburgh.

1st time here. The girl that served me was very nice and patient. She let my daughter taste a couple flavors before purchasing. This is the 1st place that had RUM RAISIN ice cream and we've been to a few that didn't carry it. I was very pleased and it was not crowded. Thank you!!

Amazing ice cream! Great for kids! Has lots of cute decorations to amuse them and a sweet kid table. We love to sit at the old soda fountain.

Truly one of a kind. Absolutely adorable store with great workers. The shop has an outdoor ice cream window as well as an inside 'dining area' there are tables inside and outside. Great options for ice cream and specialities. They also sell 6 packs of delicious ice cream sandwiches. I ordered a brownie boat. You can choose your brownie- Blondie, chocolate chip or cheesecake. Excellent experience. Can't wait to go back.

Great ice cream! Great service. Very very tasty! I got the pumpkin ice cream and its really the best around! My daughter LOVED her chocolate ice cream (shes very picky about her chocolates). We will be back for sure!

This place is great! Prices are very reasonable. The assortment of Merckens they have is outstanding. And all the oils and extracts they have are amazing. Large selection of molds as well as cake decorating supplies too. Friendly people, always helpful!
